There was no water in my room (4th floor) when I arrived on 24th July late night.

Je n’ai pas pu m’heberger a ce hotel car îl n’y avais plus persoane a la recepțion malgré qu’il dit sur leur site que la réception est ouverte jusqu’au 22:00. J’ai reçu le code d’entrée après que je me suis hébergé à un autre hôtel. J’espère qu’ils ne me vont pas couvrir pour un service que je n’ai jamais reçu.

It wasn't the best.. what can I say.. we were told the checkin is after 14.00..got there at 15.30 and the room was still not ready and when we got in it wasn'tclean properly and excuses were made.... i have booked a room with 2 beds but was told that they dont have one available but there were rooms on the website. Only thing good was the location..

The hotel is great with a very charming view, the localisation is perfect.
The employees were very friendly and helpful a special thanks to Abass, Artan, and Ismet for their kindness and their professionalism

We spent one night at the hotel, and we had a pleasant experience. We arrived rather late in the evening, and the lady at the reception desk was very helpful. Tbe same can be said about her colleague, the next day. The room was fine and we appreciated the fact that we were able to park our car during our stay in Bucharest. Overall, we had a fine experience.

For the one night I stayed at Avis Hotel I immediately noticed the good balance between the price I payed and the quality of the services and the room. The bed is very confortable, the staff is very nice and they offered me a warm welcome. Everything excedeed my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel. The location is also very nice, close to the airport and Herăstrău Park.

Avis hotel and their amazing staff made my visit in Romania better than I could wish for. The location is great, close to get food, walking distance to the big shopping center but also just 3 min walk to the beautiful park with restaurants alongside the lake and an amusement park for the kids. The rooms are very quiet despite its location next to a trafficked road and the glass door terrace is very cozy to sit and relax or eat. The rooms are very clean and good standard for the price! The best with Avis Hotel is however none of the facilities above, it’s the amazing staff who are always there to help with whatever you need and the English is good. If I go back to Romania, Avis would be the first place to stay at, if not the only.

Staff was rude and not that knowledgeable! Couldn’t find our reservation and was trying to tell us we didn’t book it. Took them 30 minutes to find it and once they did, they gave us attitude that we should be prepared with all the confirmations next time.

Then they gave us a street facing room (terrible noise) and said they don’t have anything else available. While that might of been true, something tells me they didn’t want to.

All was good but some of the appliances look a bit worn-out (for example, when you take a shower, the water stays for long in the basin.)

We decided not to stay at the hotel after seeing it. The conditions do not even deserve 1 star. The AC and fridge were not working, the roof was leaking, the bed had hair on it, the carpets were very dirty. Staff service was very friendly and apologized for the hotel conditions. The hotel was nothing like it was advertised. We left after seeing the room. I would not recommend this hotel at all. For $10.00 more a night we reserved a room in a 4 star hotel with excellent rooms and service.

Had a last minute stay and everything was booked. Worst hotel ever: bed was older than mYself, you had to hold the shower in your arm, no airconditioning.

Breakfast is a Joke. Tea was not hot, no toaster and Bread too bad to eat untoasted

Ooh and check in with no que takes 20 minutes per Guest. The type in a lot os stuff

No one should ever go there! it smelled like urine all over he place! it is old and dirty !!!!! breakfast was a joke! bathroom dirty and with a broken hottube! Dirty old horrible carpet! hiuge price for what they are offering! they should be ashamed of that! i would never go there again!

The rooms are big and clean
The staff was very helpful giving me the right directions in the area and beyound

The hotel had good reviews and very nice pictures on booking but when we arrived there we were very surprised to see that the rooms are very small, dark, smelly, not clean at all with worn out sheets. On the positive side the staff was very friendly and polite.
