Pros:

Fabulous hotel. Staff are beyond lovely and so friendly. The breakfast was amazing and very fresh. Ate dinner there on 2 nights and was delicious. It was our 2nd time staying here and will definately be back. Such a homely feel

Great family hotel in wexford
Pros:

Staff very friendly and efficient, let us use leisure facilities while we waited for room to be ready, mean while got our room ready early as they knew we had to get ready for an event later that evening. They had new paddle courts, great to seen them been used by all ages. Carvey was very delicious.

Cons:

Having to decide night before what time you were getting up for breakfast, we were told it was cooked fresh to order but bacon had been cooked for a while before and same with scrambled egg, even though there was nothing wrong with breakfast, it was a generic hotel irish breakfast. Staff were very friendly and you can see they work hard. Even though we hadn't kids with us, I think the kids play area could do with a bit of a facelift.

Family of four staycation
Pros:

Pool was nice and spa facilities. Albeit the bubble seating area stopped working on our second day.
Bar food/drinks were good. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and supplied with plenty of towels, toilet rolls, soaps etc.

Cons:

Bar food was expensive, quite expensive. Considering 1hr up the road in wicklow it was significantly less for the same if not better main meals. They should do a kids "offer" for a set price, which they didnt, which added to the cost.
Breakfast could have been better, for a 4 star hotel, the fruit to go was literally rotten. Kids weren't impressed with the breakfast options.
Rooms were small for families of 4 and no air con, Considering the summer has been very hot in ireland this year fans could have been provided. I have stayed in 4 star hotels which have a much higher standard or accommodation and food options. Only 1 restaurant/bar was open, so it was that or go into Wexford town to eat.

From the moment we walked in it was so welcoming the staff are fantastic and so friendly felt like home from home 😌 it was so relaxing we absolutely love it here this is our second time staying for holiday and will definitely be back again ☺️

Cons:

Just a minor point - our remote (room 106) didn’t work and the remote also needed a good clean. We had glasses in the room but no water. We got some from the bar however
