Maratea Mare

Lugar muito legal. Hotel simples, porém charmoso! A localização é excelente, os fundos do hotel da para a beira da praia!! E anexo ao hotel tem um bistrô muito legal!!! Super indico!

Gostei da localização, pé na areia, próximo de mercados, farmácia, o dono do hotel e a governanta junto com a recepcionista muito receptivos e atenciosos, já indiquei para todos amigos e familiares, voltaremos em breve!

Hotel anos 80 em decadência, sem manutenção, cupins, baratas, chuveiro ruim, não tem café da manhã. Única coisa boa, beira-mar, pé na areia.

Sehr netter Service, freundliches Personal. Zu empfehlen sind die Terrassenzimmer mit einem herrlichen Blick übers Meer. Da wir Brasilien von Nord bis Süd kennen ist es an den Küsten durch die großen Atlantik-Wellen fast nicht möglich in Ruhe zu schwimmen. Im Maratea Mare stellt sich das Problem nicht. Flach abfallender Sandstrand, geringer Wellengang und nicht überfüllt. Ein Geheimtip für Wasserfrösche. Von Außen sieht das Hotel nicht chic aus, Innen jedoch sehr praktisch mit Garage und Lift. Durch Holzeinbauten wirkt es ein bischen nach Kolonialstil. Es ist ruhig und gemütlich, wir sind jedes Mal sehr zufrieden. 100 Meter entfernt die besten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten insbesondere durch den großen Supermarkt Forte.

Mobiliário e equipamentos muito antigo. A cozinha não tem microondas, só geladeira e fogão bem antigos. Tv bem antiga. Café da manhã muitíssimo simples, e só começa às oito da manhã. A praia é bem estreita e parece sossegada.
Fui a trabalho e escolhi esse hotel por ser perto, só usei para dormir, atendeu às necessidades.

Was here with a friend for a week in NYE 2015 and had a great time. Attilio, The Owner, is a great host but Also all The staff, from Guadalupe to Mike were all very handy, helpful and polite. The hotel is on the beach.

The location is super convenient, very close to Canaisveiras and Jurere to the south (Where You find most of The best restaurants, bars and nightlife of the all island), and amazing beaches to the North such as Punta de Canas, Lagoinha and Praia Brava (one of the most beautiful I've been to in Floripa).

Definitely know the place to go next time I'll be in Florianopolis. Great value, location and staff.

Last but not least the room are furnished nicely and you will have your own kitchen and mini fridge, but they also have a little cozy restaurant right on the beach.

Staff were very helpful, nice location with beach on your back door, good facilities in room to cook your own breakfast or dinner. Go for the dearing beach facing room for great sunrise and sunset shots. The dog in the foyer was super cute and followed us everywhere!

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem wunderschönen, langgestreckten Strand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wi-Fi gibt es nur in der Hotellobby. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber.

O Hotel é bom mas os serviços não foram satisfatórios: TV de Plasma mas com péssima recepção, restaurante e bar de praia terceirizado e com baixa qualidade.

Vår vistelse var jätte bra. Kan inget annat än att rekomendera. Servicen var oklanderlig. De hjälpte oss med allt och de var engelsktalande. Dock händer det inte så mycket i hotellets område om man önskar gå ut och ta en drink osv. Men vi är helnöjda.

Muito boa, principalmente o atendimento. Ambiente agradável.

Right on the beach and close to shops in the heart of Cachoeira. Excellent healthy breakfast which was good value at only R15 pp. Spacious apartments with good views over the bay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Not many options for eating out but there are kitchens in the apartments and a supermarket nearby. Recommend Carravaggio for dinner

Hotel no formato de apartamentos com ótimo tamanho. Contendo sala de estar, quarto, cozinha e banheiro.

La verdad lo disfrute mucho, por un costo adicional me dieron una habitacion frente al mar y fue como un sueño! No hubo limpieza en los dias que estuve, pero no la necesitaba mucho de todas formas. En general, fue justamente lo que buscaba :)

Hotel é barato e bem simples. Eu nao fui avisado que nao teria café da manhã. Pra quem tem criança, é dificil nao ter nenhum tipo de suporte com alimentação. Tivemos que fazer compras.

When I booked the place I really thought I was booking a room, not an apartment. I didn't pay much but had a great stay in a great place. The room I stayed at, or apartment, had a small living/dining room, a kitchen with silverware, glasses, dishes, refrigerator, and a stove, a bathroom, and the bedroom. The beach was right in the backyard. They had a garage, a restaurant for dinner I guess (didn't have the chance to go there though), and wifi in the lobby. But wouldn't serve breakfast which was fine since there was this really nice kitchen with everything I needed. The one thing i didn't like much was seeing the cleaner complaining right in the lobby about other guests' attitudes. That was quite unprofessional and maybe the manager should provide them with some trainings about ethics at a professional enviroment.
Nevertheless, I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent Staff, it;s like feeling home. Nice beach, Not noisy and very calm. Perfect for a romantic gateway, wasn't my case but I recommend it. Good location but if if you want to go to other beaches around the island or to have some nightlife you better rent a car.

O hotel possui bom preço mas reflete isso na qualidade. É um bom hotel quando você quer mesmo curtir a cidade e economizar na estadia. Pagamos por suíte tripla, mas o terceiro hóspede teve que dormir no sofá (não existia uma terceira cama). A cama casal também não apresentava muito conforto e a suíte tinha várias outras coisinhas com pequenos problemas. Como pontos positivos, o hotel fica de frente para o mar e com restaurantes e supermercados próximos. No geral e na minha opinião, o hotel é recomendado para aqueles que vão para a curtir a cidade e querem economizar na estadia não se importando tanto com conforto.
