A disappointing misrepresentation
Pros:

The location was lovely. Opposite the River.

Cons:

The photos shown prior to our book bore absolutely no representation to the room we received.
We were in an annex which is a long way from the main hotel. A few streets away. We were on the fourth floor. It is very steep and had no lift. We left our suitcases in our car as we could not lift them up that far and just removed essentials.
The room was old and tatty. The toilet smelt of well ...urine . It bore no resemblance to the photos shown on booking.com. A total misrepresentation.
Whilst the room was clean and had plenty of hot water it angered us to have felt cheated.
I relayed this to the reception staff as we checked out early. We did not have the breakfast as we had to get to the airport.
A big disappointment.
