Rust, vriendelijk onthaal en lekker eten
Pros:

Ligging, uitzicht op Namen, nabijheid halte kabelbaan en citadel, een kasteel is altijd fijn als locatie. Personeel heel vriendelijk en meertalig. Het kaasdessert in het restaurant is een feestje.

El trato del personal

Cons:

El jadin de olores que hay dentro del recinto no està tan bien cuidado como seria deseable, una lástima porque és una maravilla. También faltan algunos letreros birrados en algunas plantas aromàticas.
Por otro lado estaba todo el exterior en obras, lo que afea el entorno y no permite fisfrutar plrnamente del espacio exterior.
Para llegar fué una locura. Los autobuses que van a la ciudad desde el "Puente de Francia" no estàn bien señalizados, los conductores no te indican bien. Llegué andando con las maletas, pero no sabía ni que camino tomar. Todo està pensadonpara gente que sube en coche. Bastante desesperante. Es recomendable que si no tiene coche haga todos los trayectos para subir al castillo desde las paradas de bus que hay en la puerta principal de la estación de tren.

Ruime kamer. Lekker diner!

Cons:

Er werd gewerkt aan het parkeerterrein voor de entree. Dat maakte de entree erg rommelig.
Ongezellige bar. Het interieur van het gehele hotel oogt verouderd.

Tolles Anwesen mit Park, wirkt hochherrschaftlich und macht großen Eindruck. Ist natürlich auch ein schönes Fotomotiv.
Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze am Hotel, das ist sehr praktisch.

Cons:

Für ein Hotel dieses Gepräges war das Frühstück eher enttäuschend, sowohl in punkto Qualität als auch Quantität. Einziger Pluspunkt in dieser Kategorie: Angestellte des Hotels braten den Gästen auf Wunsch ein frisches Omelett - so etwas wertet das Frühstück natürlich auf. Ansonsten eher maue Auswahl und lieblos.
Das Hotel präsentiert sich nach außen hin prachtvoll, aber innen sieht man, dass es in die Jahre gekommen ist und seine besten Zeiten schon hinter sich hat.
Das Personal ist großenteils in der Ausbildung (es gibt dort einen Ausbildungsbetrieb), da drückt man als Gast schon mal ein Auge zu, wenn's etwas unrund läuft.
Auch die Zimmerausstattung und das Bad ist nicht gerade die Neueste. Gut, das muss es nicht immer sein, aber bei einem Vier-Sterne-Hotel wundert man sich dann doch.

Een 2daagse met vrienden om Namen te ontdekken. Heel goed meegevallen!!
Pros:

De badkamer was netjes,misschien was die wel aan vernieuwing toe,gezien kranen en douche in bad.
Het ontbijt was voorzien van heel veel lekkers,ruime keuze en vers. Daar kon iedereen zijn buikje meer dan vol eten!!
Het personeel was heel attent en vriendelijk.

Cons:

Een minpuntje was het feit dat het rond het kasteel aan de hoofdingang werken waren.
