Beautiful location, good front desk staff.
The room was beautiful with a very comfortable bed. The AC worked excellent.
There is plenty of parking but the parking is not secure.
Particularly for a motorcycle.
Thankfully all went well.
Unfortunately the restaurant was full booked the day we checked in ! Which I suppose can’t be helped.
The WiFi signal in the room I had was terrible particularly if you are close to the window side of the bed.
Furthermore we thought about staying an extra night but the price increase to nearly double was unacceptable. So we decided to move to a different location.
Perhaps it’s hotel policy but if your guests are asking to stay on another night and you have a vacancy then surely you can match the price of the night before or increase by a small amount. Considering that even the WiFi connection wasn’t that great.
In conclusion, the place is way overpriced.
Everything. The location; the ambiance; the grounds; the food was excellent.
As a catering school I was surprised that hardly any of the staff spoke English or any other language for that matter. Not that English is the most important language, but it is a universal language. I think any establishment involved in hospitality training should have languages as part of the curriculum, if nothing else but to answer questions about the menu.
I would have liked there to have been USB charging points in the bedroom. These are standard in hotels now. The sockets near the bed could easily be adapted.

Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut!
Die Terrasse stand nicht für Drinks vor dem Abendessen zur Verfügung. Man musste das Menü wählen. Es gab keine Alternative!
Im Hotel wurde zuviel eines extremen Raumsprays versprüht!
Beautiful hotel with lovely views and gardens - building work was underway at the front of the chateau, so we didn't get to appreciate the full effect - but would like to visit again.
L’ensemble architectural présente un aspect de beauté et d'apaisement exceptionnel. A faire.
La chambre choisie présentait une finition de peinture en deca de ce qu'on aurait pu attendre,l'effet donnait un aspect vieillot, pas très net.
Great room, great location
Staff didn't speak English at all. It's unbelievable, not even the young members of staff. But I guess that's Belgium.
Die Lage des Hotels ist atemberaubend. Das Chateau hat eine tolle Terrasse zum frühstücken. Alles ist sauber und zweckmäßig und sehr ruhig.
Es gibt leider keine schöne Bar oder Sitzgelegenheit im Innenbereich. Die Ausstattung könnte ein Upgrade vertragen.
Beautiful quiet location and fabulous views. Food in the restaurant was amazing, couldn't really understand the menu descriptions but it far exceeded what we had imagined so worth the money. Rooms were fantastic, very quiet and comfortable. Cable cars and Panoma restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. Parking was no problem for our vw transporter.
Building works going but didn't affect us as we arrived on a Sunday and they weren't working til Monday morning.

Alles viel heel goed mee, personeel dat zeer vriendelijk was, de grote en de properheid van de kamer en de badkamer, de ligging was heel rustig en bij het ontbijt was alles aanwezig, het diner was zeer lekker. Een puntje voor de jonge dames en heren van de hotelschool die er op dienen, jullie doen zeer goed werk maar jullie mogen je stem laten horen, iets harder praten :-)
