Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und war eine Baustelle. Region um den Bahnhof war laut und nicht sehr angenehm

Goed en centraal verblijf in Namen

Het was ons tweede bezoek aan het hotel. De ligging is perfect: recht tegenover het centraal station en op een loopminuten van het gezellige centrum. Kamer aan stationzijde is erg stil door dubbele beglazing. Ontbijtkeuze was ruim; vrijwel alles is beschikbaar.
Door verbouwing was de lift buiten werking maar daarvan werden we ruim voor aankomst van op de hoogte gesteld.

Cons:

De airco werkte helaas niet.

Pros:

Läget mittemot järnvägsstationen.

Cons:

1. Efter bokningsbekräftelse fick jag plötsligt meddelande att "kortet nekats". Trodde det var ett externt phishingförsök( har utsatts för ett sådant försök tidigare( bekräftat av booking.com), men kopplade in booking.com nu igen och fick då veta att det låg i hotellets probkem att bekräftaa vissa typer av kort( debit cards)
2. Hotellet känns delvis som en byggarbetsplats pga renoveringar och de startar vid 7-tiden på morgonen.
Hissen är tagen ur bruk och det var ca 80 betongtrappsteg upp till rummet.
Det ska sägas att hotellet förvarnade för detta.

L'accueil du personnel était parfait, à l'écoute et toujours dispo en cas de soucis. La chambre reste confortable malgré l'état de la douche.

Cons:

Des cheveux dans la douche et surtout à moitié bouchée ce qui fait que nous avons eu rapidement les pieds dans une pataugeoire. Les couloirs sont vieillissant.

Hôtel en rénovation, mais la gentillesse du personnel !
Pros:

L'accueil qui nous a été fait par Steeve irréprochable, nos échanges, une personne d'une grande gentillesse et d'un professionalisme irréprochable !
Chambre propre et fonctionnelle, bien équipée et super bien isolée (vue sur la gare, aucun bruit fenêtre fermée).
Notre recouche a été faite dans l'après midi malgré que nous n'avions pas demandé. Très satisfaisant.

Cons:

Hôtel en cours de rénovation, 3eme étage sans ascenseur fonctionnel.
Escaliers de service et couloir des chambres un peu "hors d'âge" mais rénovations en cours.
