Stanza Grande con terrazzo, personale e accoglienza ottima, parcheggio interno gratuito che permette di passeggiare in centro a piedi senza dover impazzire per cercare parcheggio, questo grazie alla ottima posizione, a due passi da Via Veneto e da Piazza di Spagna. Colazione a buffet di buona qualità.

From the moment you enter you are greeted with warmth and a huge welcome. Beautiful hotel spotlessly clean. Our room was always clean with a huge bathroom with bath and shower. Double windows with plenty of storage…I agree with other reviews that the bed was slightly on the firm side but this actually helped my back 😂 The mini bar came to the rescue for water etc which was reasonably priced. Breakfast was continental yet plentiful with toast, pastries, fruit, cheese, meats, cereals, yoghurts and eggs. Thank you to the lovely kind lady ( sorry we didn’t get her name) who made my daughter a gorgeous hot chocolate each morning. Nothing was a trouble we ordered taxis on reception, and was given a taxi code and they arrived within minutes… we felt extremely safe and the cost was reasonable 10 euro to Colosseum and 13 to Vatican. Barberini metro was 12 min walk away but we started the day in air con!!! and to ensure we weren’t late for our the start of our planned tours. We left our room key at reception to save carrying it around. The area felt safe, just around the corner is the American embassy and armed patrols are present which was actually quite nice when walking back in the evening with my daughter. I would return to the hotel in a heart beat and send a huge thank you to all the wonderful, helpful, welcoming, kind staff who made our stay extremely memorable.

Beautiful hotel and staff. What you get included is everything and more, from breakfast to toiletries and the use of the spa. Google maps was my best friend for getting around Rome. I didn’t use public transport but we used the Freenow app, choose taxi go option and it is just like using Uber

The location is great - a bit apart of the main tourist attractions (15 minutes walking to the Spanish stairs) and thus away from the crowds and the touristic restaurants. Easily connected with public transportation. Great room with excellent views from the two balconies. Excellent breakfast. Free parking.

The staff are amazing from Simone to the night concierges to the cleaning staff, and the Venetian suite was incredible

I chose this hotel for the second time and I will definitely choose Villa Pinciana again when I come again. The room was beautiful and clean, the bed was comfortable, the bed linen white and clean. The breakfast was good. All the staff was kind, friendly and helpful .

The most wonderful stay. Large, clean, air-conditioned room. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. 10 min walk to metro. 3 min walk to restaurants. 1 min walk to supermarket. Would absolutely recommend to everyone. Shout out to Simone who was so kind and went out of his way to help us get opera tickets! Thankyou so much.

This beautiful, clean hotel was a welcome refuge for our family of eight after an exhausting day of travel we attempted to check into our Airbnb, which was filthy and uninhabitable. We were able to reserve four rooms at 9 PM. The staff here couldn’t be more welcoming and wonderful. The service is excellent, the breakfast is lovely. There are restaurants, Pharmacy convenience, store, and barswithin walking distance. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful room on Level 1 with a outdoor terrace. The location was very quite with plenty of restaurants just a short walk away.

Beautiful hotel in a nice location. A little more walking required to get to some major attractions than most places we have stayed in Rome previously, but not a problem if you use the metro or just enjoy the pleasure that is walking absolutely anywhere in Rome. Rooms are unusually large for Rome and the bathroom was also enormous by Rome standards. Free parking on site if you are brave enough to drive. Staff were excellent.
