Wonderful rome
Pros:

This hotel has so much charm in its villa styled building with its classic touches and super staff. From start to finish you get the real feeling of Italian an warm welcome. Simon on the desk was super helpful and knowledgeable of local highlights.

We would not come back here. The hotel is tired in need of upgrade and the facilities are very limited.

Great location and in the main friendly staff

Cons:

It’s a four star hotel and the only time you can get a coffee is a breakfast. Breakfast is limited and very focused on sweet food that is bought in.

Eine Wohlfühl-Oase mit einer schönen Atmosphäre mitten in der Stadt nahe der Villa Borghese
Pros:

Wir waren jetzt schon zum dritten Mal da und es war mal wieder wunderschön.
Die Villa hat eine wunderbare Lage nahe der Villa Borghese, es ist ruhig, zentral und doch weg vom Touristen-Trubel.
Die Freundlichkeit, die angenehme Atmosphäre und die großzügigen, sauberen Zimmer haben uns wieder sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Wir waren zu dritt mit 5 Koffern. Meine Mama Anfang siebzig und mein Mann hatte aufgrund einer OP Knieprobleme und gehumpelt. Obwohl uns die Herren an der Rezeption bei der Ankunft und Abreise beim Schleppen gesehen haben ( es waren sonst keine Gäste an der Rezeption) wurde uns keine Unterstützung angeboten. Das fand ich sehr schade……
Zu verbessern wären die Pflegeprodukte im Bad mit Umstellung auf nachhaltige Spender.
Und schön wäre, dass man in Ruhe mit gutem Gefühl bis 10 Uhr frühstücken könnte -es wird zwar nichts gesagt wenn man um 9:30 Uhr kommt doch das Rührei war kalt und die Signora hat fleißig um einen herum geputzt und aufgeräumt. So das klar war um 10 Uhr ist Schluss.
Schade für das gute Haus……

Bellissimo hotel e staff eccellente
Pros:

L'hotel è una bella villa antica nel centro di Roma a pochi passi dal centro e da villa Borghese ma è un posto davvero tranquillo. Lo staff è stato disponibile e gentilissimo a soddisfare le nostre richieste, infatti la stanza ci è stata consegnata prima dell'orario di check-in ed era davvero bella e spaziosa pur mettendoci la culla per il nostro bimbo. La colazione era molto variegata sia di cose dolci che salate. Al checkout ci è stato concesso di lasciare l'auto fino al pomeriggio. Consiglio questo hotel a chi vuole rilassarsi ma girare tranquillamente la città.

Cons:

Per essere un hotel a 4stelle ci sarebbero dei piccoli accorgimenti da fare, come mettere un appoggio nella doccia per il bagnoschiuma o un miscelatore al bidet invece delle due manopole di caldo-freddo. Inoltre quando siamo tornati in hotel nel pomeriggio a prendere l'auto ho chiesto di poter cambiare mio figlio ma non era presente in struttura un fasciatoio ma il receptionist mi ha gentilmente offerto la stanza che avevo lasciato la mattina per essere più comoda per cambiarlo.

Excelente te hotel, muy bien situado. Muy bonito el edificio y el personal súper amable.

La habitación triple que nos dieron era enorme. Las vistas preciosas.
El personal súper amable. Todo excelente. Ya tenemos hotel en Roma si volvemos, y totalmente recomendable.

Soggiorniamo spesso in questa struttura, posizione ottima e parcheggio comodissimo, staff sempre molto gentile, ottima colazione a buffet

Cons:

Camera troppo calda, il primo giorno abbiamo chiesto di spegnere l’aria ma alla reception ci é stato detto che non era possibile, mentre il secondo giorno ci sono venuti incontro cambiandoci stanza. Consiglierei di cambiare i copriletti usurati
