Buenas atención en general .
Pros:

El personal super amable ,Kenan en la recepción y su compañero siempre colaborando con lo que necesitábamos les chicas del desayuno y la limpieza atentas y simpatícas

Cons:

Un poco ruidoso algunas veces y que quería un taxi para ir a la estación y ellos solo usan sus taxis , me lo conseguí yo sola en la esquina , pero me pareció raro, cualquier hotel llama un taxi para un cliente . Pero eso lo tiene que arreglar la administración del hotel creo , no lo empleados

Splendida terrazza sul Bosforo, personale top!
Pros:

Io mio marito e due miei amici abbiamo adorato lo staff ma anche, e sopratutto, la terrazza! La sera fino alle 11 è possibile prendere bevande calde e godersi il panorama sul Bosforo.
Le camera sono pulite, silenziose grazie agli ottimi infissi. Lo staff è gentile e parla un ottimo inglese. Perfetta anche la posizione.

Cons:

Forse le camere sono un po’ piccole e il soffitto basso fa un po’ mancare l’aria di notte. Ovviamente Si risolve tenendo un po’ aperta la finestra.

Un moment agréable, sympathique et reposant. Je reviendrai!
Pros:

L'emplacement en face d'un petit parc dans un coin tranquille est parfait, pas loin du parc de Kadirga. La chambre était jolie et calme. Le personnel est particulièrement sympathique et serviable, on se sent entouré dans une atmosphère familiale et souriante d'entraide. Et que dire du petit-déjeuner... abondance et plaisir des sens!

Je ne vois rien à signaler de négatif.

Все отлично, если бы не парень на ресепшене в день заселения не испортил все впечатление об отеле.
Pros:

Тихое место, красивая терраса на завтраках, вид на Босфор, вкусные завтраки.
Отдельное спасибо хочется сказать женщине, работнице отеля Лия (Лиа), она очень нам помогла в день размещения, оставаясь человечной и вежливой, в отличие от персонала на ресепшен.

Otel çalışanı Lia'ya (Lia) özel teşekkürler; giriş günümüzde çok yardımcı oldu, resepsiyon personelinin aksine cana yakın ve kibar davrandı.

Отношение работника на ресепшене (дневная смена).
Была заминка в размещении, после решения которой, работник ресепшена, начал недовольным тоном рассказывать другому работнику отеля про сложившуюся ситуацию. Я при этом сидела рядом и все слышала.
Он думал я не понимаю, но у меня было включено приложение, которое переводит разговор с турецкого на русский и я прекрасно все понимала.
Считаю это неприемлемым поведением персонала на ресепшен.
Проблема была решена и недопустимо с его стороны было говорить об этом при гостях отеля.

Resepsiyon görevlisinin (gündüz vardiyası) tavrı.
Giriş işleminde bir sorun yaşandı ve sorun çözüldükten sonra resepsiyon görevlisi, durumu başka bir otel çalışanına son derece duygusal bir tonda anlatmaya başladı.
Türkçe-Rusça çevirmen açıktı ve her şeyi mükemmel bir şekilde anladım.
Lafı dolandırmadı.
Bu davranışı resepsiyon personelinden kabul.

Sorun çözülmüştü ve otel misafirlerinin önünde bu konudan bahsetmesi kabul edilemezdi.

Dobry hotel polecam ❤️
Pros:

Pokój ładny z małym balkonem z widokiem na morze.Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa,blisko sklepy i główne atrakcje.Do tramwaju również blisko a nim dojedziesz praktycznie do każdej atrakcji.Dobre śniadania również na ciepło choć codziennie to samo.Natomiast kawa i herbata dostępna nieograniczona ilość przez cały dzień.

Cons:

Obok jakąś budowa i hurtownia i oczywiście dochodzą hałasy ale można to znieść.
