Location, authentic interior, beautiful breakfast balcony and tasty breakfast

بداية شكرا لجميع العاملين في فندق ساروهان ونخص بالشكر كل من :
- موظف الاستقبال ( كنان ) الذي كان يتواصل معنا قبل السفر ولترتيب سيارة نقل من مطار صبيحة الى الفندق والعكس مقابل 45 يورو ' وكذلك الاجابة عن جميع الاستفسارات والخدمات .
- موظف الاستقبال كان يلبس نظارة كانت معاملته جداً راقية وممتازة وكانوا يجيبون عن جنيف استفساراتنا .
- موظفات المطعام الذي كان بنظام البوفيه وكان منوعاً ولذيذا .
- موظفة التنظيف كانت متقنة لعملها والتنظيف اليومي للغرفة ودورة المياه .

الفندق صغير وجميل ونظيف والأمان في الفندق عالي .

كانت اقامتنا في غرفة في الطابق -1 ثم نخرج من الخلف والغرفة مصعد اليها بدرج سهل جدا وكانت هادئة جدا وكذلك دافئة وحجمها واسع وكذلك الحمام واسع وموفر صابون للأيدي والاستحمام وتوفير حذاء للغرفة .

الغرفة كانت مكونة من سريرين :
الأول لشخصين
الثاني طابقين في الاسفل يتسع لإثنين وفي الاعلى لشخص .

في اليوم الثاني كانت الغرفة باردة قليلا واخبرنا موظف الاستقبال وتم التعامل بسرعة وتم حلها .

الموقع مقابل بحر البسفور وخاصة اطلالة المطعم في الدور الرابع رائعة .

كثرة المطاعم المتوفرة خلف الفندق مشي لمسافة 10 دقائق وأقل .

كذلك منطقة الفاتح القديمة كانت مشي والاسعار جميلة وأرخص من السوق الكبير وتقسيم .

توجد سوبرماركت قريبة ولكن في الخلف على جهة اليسار مشي 5 دقائق .

This hotel with a breathtaking sea view. The location is perfect, as it close to most of the historical sites, which made exploring the city very convenient. What I appreciated the most, however, was the staff. They were extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Their professionalism and warm attitude made my experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is located in the historical centre and it is only a few minutes away from seaside, optimal to take a walk enjoying the view along a comfortable promenade, and about 15 minutes from Sultanahmet and public transport. The streets around the hotel are quite narrow, so, there is no real traffic. Breakfast is excellent with a great selection of typical products: olives, cheeses, different kind of salads among others, but also Turkish pastries. It is nice to be able to use the breakfast room also during the rest of the day to make coffee or tea, while enjoying a quiet time and the amazing view. The terrace offers a stunning view on the sea and historical sites. In front there is also a nice small park.
The personnel is extremely kind, helpful and considerate. You feel very well taken care of.

De mevrouw die het ontbijt runde was super gastvrij; maakte ook een deel dingen in-house: super lekker!

Bardzo klimatyczny i komfortowy hotel. W pobliżu wiele restauracji, supermarket czy sklep monopolowy.
Główne atrakcje oddalone o kilkanaście minut spencerem; podobnie przystanek tramwajowy czy stacja metra.
Hotel serwuje bardzo różnorodne śniadania na najwyższym piętrze - przeszklonym tarasie z którego można podziwiać panoramę miasta lub morze. Tam też przez cały dzień dostępna darmowa kawa lub herbata.
Osobnym tematem jest wspaniała obsługa - niezwykle pomocna i sympatyczna. My nie czuliśmy się jak turyści tylko jak honorowi goście🙂. Dlatego też bardzo polecam hotel.

El personal súper educado y amable

Location is very pretty and convenient, the room is clean and nice, the staff is exceptional and very helpful, 10/10 experience.

I am writing this as single traveller . The room was small but cosy, I went in the winter but the heating was on . I had a lovely balcony with a nice view . The breakfast was the best breakfast I had in terms of variety and taste and the balcony there had an astonishing view too . It was clean and cost friendly with very polite staff . I highly recommend ( this was the 7th or so hotel I’ve stayed in Istanbul ) it was also very close to the main tourist sites

I love the view and the room. It was amazing

Aardige personeel goede service

A szállás a leírtaknak megfelelt, teljesen elégedettek voltunk vele. Mindegyik recepciós kedves volt. Elsősorban az elhelyezkedése miatt választottam, sétatávra volt minden fő látnivalótól, és kb.12 perc sétatávra volt a Havaist buszállomástól is. Amibe már a képek alapján beleszerettem, az a tetőtéri reggelizőhely volt. Nem csalódtunk, fantasztikus látvány volt innen a kilátás reggeli közben. Szerencsénk is volt, januárban is kinn tudtunk reggelizni és kávézni a teraszon, nagyon szép időnk volt, gyönyörű volt a tenger. Az ott dolgozó hölgy is rendkívül kedves volt. A szoba kicsit kisebb volt, mint a képeken tűnt, de tiszta volt, csak aludni jártunk haza, tökéletes volt. Kényelmes volt az ágy, a fürdőszoba is rendben volt, mindig volt meleg víz. A környék is csendes volt, pár méterre volt egy kis éjjel nappal nyitva tartó bolt. A kicsekkolás után a csomagunkat a hotelban hagyhattuk egészen délutánig. A wifi tökéletes volt mindenhol, a leírás alapján azt gondoltuk, hogy csak a közös helységekben lesz, de volt a szobában is.

This was probably one of my best stays for my recent trip. The location was great. You could walk everywhere. The staff was so nice. I love hanging out at the top terrace rrading my book, having coffee and enjoying the amazing view. Also, Zahide was my favorite person, she is an angel who made us incredible breakfast everyday. I would go back here with no hesitation.

Stanza piccolina ma accogliente.
Il ragazzo della reception è stato sempre disponibile a rispondere ad ogni nostra richiesta, così come la signora che si occupa delle colazioni.
In linea d' aria vicino alle principali attrazioni di Istanbul anche a piedi, zona comunque molto tranquilla e silenziosa.
