Hotel está muito bem conservado, banheiros e quartos muito limpos. Ar condicionado sem cheiro. Equipe de funcionários muito cordial, disposta a ajudar, são muto gentis. Chuveiro excelente. Café da manhã variado, com apresentação bonita e sempre muito limpo, tudo fresco. Serviço de quarto muito bom, ágil e comida saborosa. Quanto a área externa, jardins bem cuidados, piscina externa bem limpa, e embora não aquecida, perfeitamente utilizável no período da viagem (início de abril). Possui vista linda do rio e da cidade de Foz do Iguaçu. Tivemos um ocorrência durante a estadia, que foi prontamente ouvida, acolhida e resolvida pelo staff. Voltaria tranquilamente a me hospedar nesse Hotel. Não posso avaliar o cassino, pois não frequentei.

Hotel lindo demais, o quintal, a decoração clássica, tudo! Funcionários atendem super bem. A localização também é maravilhosa, com vista para o rio. Legal ser cassino também, eu nunca tinha jogado. Comida deliciosa.

Cons:

Só não gostei que o hotel tem muito cheiro de mofo e o piso é carpete, tenho alergia severa com choque anafilático.
