辛口の口コミしか思い当たらない

最後の最後に親切にしてもらった

Cons:

ホテルから来た確認メールの部屋（デラックスダブル）と違っていた
最初に案内された部屋は一番奥で何も無く冷蔵庫には鍵がかかりビジネスホテルのよう
部屋が違うことをつたえるとマネジャーに相談すると言われ夫が交渉してやっと変われた
電気ケトルとコーヒー紅茶があるのにカップがない
部屋で飲めるようにケトルとコーヒー紅茶がおいてあるのでは無いのか
飲みたいならお金を払って下のレストランで飲んでって言われた
トイレットペーパーが一つしかなかったのでストックが欲しいと言ったら一日一個なので渡せないと（笑）
ベッドには枕一つ、シングルの掛け布団一枚
スペアがクローゼットに入っていたけれど何故？一組のベッドメイキングなの？不思議
謎のオブジェや本、オイルヒーターに埃がたまっていた　掃除が行き届いてないし破損したり紛失したりした物の補充がされていないので一つしかないものがちらほら
紅茶もメーカーの違う物が一袋づつ
明らかに宿泊者が昔昔に置いていったような感じのもの
外袋が汚れていて砂糖が４袋あったが一袋は使用済でチェックも補充もされていない
トイレットペーパーが一日一個と言われたのには驚いた
それはホテルのポリシーらしい
フロントの女性にいっても埒が明かないので交代の男性スタッフにトイレットペーパーとカップを持ってきてもらったがそんな偏った考えをもったスタッフは置くべきではない
10個欲しいと言っているわけでなくストック（一個）が欲しいと伝えただけなのに、、、
四つ星ホテルでそんなポリシーならホテルやめたら?って思います
ヤシで3泊したが（全て四つ星）どのホテルも一つどころか3個おいてありました
またこちらのホテルの場所は中心部から離れていて買い物や食事には不便
宿泊者は併設のレストランを使うしかない
隣にマックがあるが階段を昇り降りしないといけない
30段はある急な階段
ホテル併設のレストランは別段高いわけてはないのでそこで食事をするのもいいがチェックインしたら散歩や観光したりが難しい場所

FABULEUX !!
Pros:

Tout, le personnel, la propreté, la nourriture et en spécial le chaleure humain ! Cette un hôtel qui va rester dans ma mémoire ou je veux me retourner !
