Ottima stanza e ottimi materassi
Pros:

L'hotel ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative. Ottima accoglienza dello staff e colazione ricca. Letto con materasso comodissimo e bagno nuovo. Stanza ampia per soddisfare tutte le esigenze. Presente anche un minifrigo utilissimo.

Cons:

Attenzione! Nonostante non fosse necessario per il nostro soggiorno, in descrizione e nel logo dell'hotel è presente la scritta "SPA".
Nell'hotel non è presente né una spa né una sauna, come invece è mostrato nella foto. Suggerisco di specificare questo aspetto per evitare fraintendimenti con gli ospiti.

Nice and clean rooms.

Cons:

There was a night lamp that could only be turned off by turning off all the electricity in the room which was inconvenient. Also, there were some very loud neighbours watching TV and making noise at night.

Colazione molto buona e completa

Cons:

La cortesia del personale non esiste. Veramente personale di basso livello. Per il resto la struttura è molto pulita e ben posizionata. Unico grande problema della struttura sono le pareti praticamente inesistenti, nel senso che si sente qualsiasi tipo di rumore/parola proveniente dalle altre stanze. È un problema che dovrebbero provare a risolvere.
Il personale è veramente scortese. Passare il tempo a truccarsi alla reception e non preoccuparsi degli ospiti. Andrebbe risolto anche questo

Mic dejun sărăcăcios, defecțiune la apa Intr o zi, frig Intr o noapte ni s a răspuns că trebuia restartata centrala. Cu atâta naturalețe de parcă era normal , fara să ni se ceară scuze pentru disconfort....comunicare deficitara....la micul dejun se vorbește rusă. Când treceam pe lângă recepție salutam noi...uneori fara ni se răspundă. Departe de mijloace de transport în comun .
