Te weinig beddengoed voor het aantal personen en na een aantal keren vragen, kregen we enkel een onderlaken. De mensen waren vriendelijk maar luisterden niet. De slaapbank lag voor geen meter.

Vieze trappen, ongezellige, piepkleine eenpersoonskamer die leek op een cel, badkamer die compleet onder water liep, nog geen zeepje bij de wastafel. Voor 100 euro voor 1 persoon had ik liever in een hostel geslapen. Hotel heeft dringend renovatie nodig. Zeer teleurstellende prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding.

Locatie centraal in stad, schone kamers.

Cons:

Luidruchtig hotel, personeel was niet echt behulpzaam, geen waterkoker/koffie of iets op de kamer en hiervoor moeten betalen als je dat dan beneden wil halen (niet goedkoop), problemen met afvoer in badkamer, te weinig toiletpapier en handdoeken voor aantal gasten en verblijfperiode. Zelf wc-rollen meenemen naar kamer, extra handdoeken = extra kosten.

Excelente hotel!! atención muy buena y todo súper implementado.
Pros:

La habitación tenía de todo y abajo había un restaurante con precios accesibles y opciones muy ricas. El hotel está súper céntrico, el personal muy amable y la recepción buena.

Cons:

El único detalle es que el hotel no tenía ascensor y era un poquito difícil cuando tienes varias maletas.

Begin maart gevraagd voor annulatie voor gevraagde reservering juli. Was niet mogelijk!? Ons vertrouwen in booking.com is nu quasi 'nul'. Met beleefde groeten

Tranquila y acogedora con un trato excelente del personal

Cons:

The light fitting in the ceiling had water leaking from it. The light was on the bed. It rained (quite significantly) after guest (Simon) checked in and was out for dinner, when he got back to the room, the bed had a pool of water on it, which was from the light above it! The restaurant/reception was already closed. He had to rearrange the furniture and put a bin under the leak and use a hairdryer to attempt to dry the bed. He ended up “sleeping” on a towel which was damp! It was horrific. He did flag with the staff in the morning and they said they would report it on. The room also had no working heating which is an issue when it was minus 8 degrees! Full refund is required at the earliest!

Cons:

Het was koud op beide kamers door niet goed werkende radiatoren en ook het elektrische kacheltje had er moeite mee. Het kraanwater uit de wastafel werd nauwelijks warm en de stelkraan van de douche geeft geen juiste indicaties
