The location of the hotel is perfect to discover Beirut.

We were very disappointed with this hotel considering the amount of money we paid. The facilities are far below expectations, and the photos on the website are misleading.

We paid for two connected premium sea view twin rooms but were given separate rooms with only partial sea view.

Our rooms were not properly cooled and the small air conditioner leaked water continuously, flooding the wall and the floor under our bed, which didn’t just leak to our luggage, but also caused a slippery hazard.

The bathrooms had water flooding right after every shower, and the bathroom reeked of sewage odor, the room was not changed despite consistent asking and false promises by the front desk.

The elevators frequently broke down, making it very inconvenient.

On top of that, the staff were unhelpful and restrictive. They even tried to charge us for valet parking, despite the website clearly stating it is free. We had to refuse several times before they finally gave in.

Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and absolutely not worth the premium price.

The only good part of it is the location.
