Pub atmosphere and furnishings were good. Good breakfast and pleasant happy staff.

Cons:

Room was on tbe sunny side in the afternoons so it wasnt good during a heat wave. Windows and blinds were opened but this let the full heat of the sun in that afternoon and the temperature stayed high for most of that night. Better to close windows and blinds during hot weather.

No access to a fridge.

Die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail, das Zimmer ganz komfortabel ausgestattet.
Und hat es sehr gut gefallen, auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Das Personal ist auch zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.

Town is easy to walk or bus. I got lucky with lower floor, although they have lifts for luggage.
Big rooms, clean just wished for AC.

Cons:

Only downside( small point) is breakfast doesnt start until 7.30 so a bit late if you need to get up and going like I did

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in!!
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, slow provision of some items, breakfast staff very pleasant.

Cons:

3 star hotels should not compromise on cleanliness or hygiene. The room was pretty disgusting and the room we were moved to after complaining was not much better although bed was comfortable. Not much we could do as only stayed one night. Large chunk out of bedside table, very badly stained fabric seats, cobwebs all over wall above headboard, layer of dust on window sill and various other surfaces.
Had to wipe toilet seat and lid before use and dirt and grime all over toilet roll holder.
Scummy water left inside kettle and around spout.
The toilet and shower room in new room had what looked like urine splashed all over the lower part of wall and door frame - couldn't believe my eyes.
This place is a health risk and needs inspected!!
Couldn't wait to leave the place and only had option of leaving key on reception desk alongside a load of others as there was no one to check us out, conveniently.
Very disappointed and shocked considering the price.
