Location was good for hospital but only ok for centre.
Very expensive, breakfast was not included in price, rooms could be updated. I had burger and chips, had to send burger back as it was so tough and overcooked, personally I think it had been reheated in the microwave. In a way, was glad we did nothave breakfast. Noisy at night time.
In the general very good.. All staff were really lovely and friendly, comfy bed and spotlessly clean
I'm sorry to say that the dinner I had in the bar area was inedible. I ordered the beer battered fish. The fish was hard as rock on the outside and soggy on the inside. I could not eat it. After the first bite I felt unwell and to leave it behind. The food was not fresh - clearly was cooked from frozen, hence the soggy inside and hard outside. This was very disappointing and let down the overall experience.
Breakfast was good. Staff at dining room was friendly and helpful.
Bathroom was not clean, used cloth in shower, hairs in shower and behind the toilet, not carefully cleaned. Mop strands stuck in radiator. mirror was dirty and had hair on it. Water already in the kettle. Contact was difficult as only night staff available when trying to book in earlier in the day.
Perfectly located just a 20-minute walk from town, making it ideal for my needs. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Brendan, in particular, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Overall, a great experience thanks to the excellent team!!

It was modern, clean and the staff were lovely. They made my friends birthday very special however I did need to pay extra for it. The rooms were so quirky and nice, I love the pink phones in the rooms! The shower was gorgeous and everything was just spotless. Would definitely stay again
No lifts, stairs only however it didn’t impact us too much as we had small bags but if we had larger cases it may have been a problem
The room was clean . Price was good . Bar staff were nice and decorated nicely .
Very noisy from other rooms . Bathroom fans extremely noisy . Could hear doors banging alot . Dinner was okay . Breakfast was 13.50 but not very hot .

This hotel is really well appointed. It has an excellent bar area and a nice coffee area where they serve breakfast. The bedroom had a very comfortable bed and a nice shower room.
