Great location. Staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of choice. Restaurant in the evening was excellent.
I know its a UK thing but I would have really appreciated some tea making facilities in the roon.

El desayuno era algo escaso y poco surtido
Tolle Lage, geräumiges Zimmer, nettes Personal, Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend. Bushaltestelle fast direkt vorm Hotel, außerdem die Seilbahn Firstbahn in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Es war ein Ventilator im Raum, den wir bei dem sehr warmen Wetter auch brauchten.
Tolle, leckere Pizzeria direkt im Hotel.
Unser Zimmer lag so, dass wir frühmorgens das Fenster wegen Lärm (Lieferverkehr, Müllabfuhr) schließen mussten. Normalerweise kein Problem, aber nicht bei über 30°.
Breakfast was good. No air conditioning
Parking was a problem but the lady helped me find one.

Right next to Grindelwald First, easy to walk to everything, convenient parking
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, very central and close to all amenities. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The rooms looked exactly like the website. We ate at the restaurant every night four our 4 night stay and enjoyed it very much. Would highly recommended.
