Moyen. Chambre sans climatisation. Pas du tout confortable en période de canicule.
Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville.
Nous voyageons en moto et nous avons pu garer notre moto en toute sécurité. C’est vraiment appréciable.

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivés en période de canicule. Pas de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre, dommage !
Nous avons mal dormi à cause de la chaleur. Pas de climatisation dans la chambre.
Impossible d’ouvrir le portail pour une femme. Heureusement que mon mari était là, sinon on aurait pas pu accéder au carport. Et comme il n’y a pas du tout de personnel, alors on se débrouille !

Un appartamento ben ubicato ma una gestione pessima

Ho prenotato un appartamento per 4 persone e ci siamo trovati due alloggi con un bagno in comune esterno alla camera. Uno dei due alloggi aveva la cucina con un tavolo per due persone. Gli accessori per cucinare prevedevano solo una pentola, niente padelle, scolapasta, cucchiai di legno ecc. Nessuna indicazione su dove mettere i rifiuti. La pulizia dei due appartamenti è stata sommaria e l'arredamento poco curato. Tutto questo però non sarebbe stato un vero problema se la padrona di casa avesse avuto un comportamento professionale, invece quando l'ho chiamata per esporre i problemi mi ha messo giù il telefono dicendo che l'alloggio era come descritto sul vostro sito. Non solo. Lei non è mai stata presente in struttura e l'abbiamo vista solo prima di partire. Ho cercato educatamente di parlarle ma lei mi ha detto che con me non intendeva parlare e di andarmene. Io e i miei familiari siamo stati umiliati. E mi dispiace perché l'ubicazione dell'alloggio è ottima ma essere trattati così è davvero brutto

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Uns wurden sogar vergessene Kopfhörer noch per Post nachgeschickt und die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Check-In und Check-Out waren unkompliziert. :)

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und zentral. Auch die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für die Unterkunft selbst ist absolut in Ordnung.

Cons:

Leider wurde mein Aufenthalt durch das Verhalten eines bestimmten Mitarbeiters massiv negativ beeinflusst. Da ich ortsfremd bin, fragte ich an der Rezeption höflich, ob ich in der Seitenstraße parken darf. Der Mitarbeiter reagierte sofort aggressiv. Auf meine erneute Nachfrage bekam ich die respektlose Antwort: "Wenn Sie behindert sind."
So eine beleidigende Art der Kommunikation gegenüber einem Gast ist absolut inakzeptabel. Ein solcher Umgangston macht den sonst guten Eindruck des Hotels leider zunichte.

Pros:

Las camas eran muy cómodas y la ubicación del hotel era ideal. Además, el sitio es precioso, ideal para descansar y estar unos días. El self-check-in es muy fácil y cómodo de realizar.

Cons:

La habitación donde nos alojamos, la número 2, tenía un pequeño problema de cañerías y la ducha se quedaba embozada.
