Pros:

Tolles Restaurant mit leckerem und hochwertigem Essen im tollen Ambiente mit guter Weinkarte.
Fussläufig die Altstadt gut zu erreichen. Frühstück Buffet schöne Auswahl, nicht zu groß und dafür hochwertig. Eier werden frisch an den Tisch gebracht.

Cons:

Flure und Treppenhaus ist ein bisschen hellhörig aufgrund des Altbaus.

Für einen Kurzurlaub okay vom Familienurlaub würde ich absehen
Pros:

Größtenteils nettes Personal, ein Lächeln würde dem ein oder anderen ganz gut stehen.

Cons:

- Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hört jedes Wort aus dem Nachbarzimmer
- das Bett ist sehr verlebt ( am Bettende löst sich das Kunstleder )
- Die Heizung im Bad rostet an mehreren Stellen
- das Schlafsofa für kleine Kinder ist vollkommen okay ( 4 und 10 ) , für unsere Großen Kinder ( 14 und 16 ) war es wohl sehr unbequem.
- das Frühstück war okay ( Frühstück gibt es zwar bis 10:30 Uhr, kommt man allerdings ab 9:00 Uhr sind vorallem das Gebäck wie Brot, Brötchen und Hörnchen und Croissants leer gefegt oder die Auswahl sehr ausgemagert)

Pros:

Die Lage im Stadtteil Kues ist günstig, denn man ist etwas aus dem Trubel heraus. Das Hotel liegt an einer innerörtlichen Durchgangsstraße, wobei es aus zwei Gebäuden besteht. Wir waren in dem dem Haupthaus gegenüber liegenden Haus untergebracht. Unser Zimmer lag direkt an der Straße, was bei geöffnetem Fenster doch schon unangenehm laut war. Der Verkehr floss direkt am Ohr vorbei. Für andere besser gelegene Zimmer gilt dieses sicherlich nicht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich.

wir haben ein paar schöne ,erholsame Tage dort verbracht
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück,alles sehr sauber,sehr nahe an der Mosel und nur ein kurzer Weg zur Altstadt.Uns meiner Tochter von Kanada mit ihrem Partner hat alles sehr gut gefallen.Abendessen war auch sehr gut.

Cons:

es gab nichts zu bemängeln.
