Eu cancelei a estadia, pois chegando no hotel não tinha estacionamento e o estacionamento mais próximo era a 1,5km. Sou idoso e estou em tratamento por facite plantar. Pedi o cancelamento da reserva.

É um bom hotel. Quarto de bom tamanho.

Cons:

Um elevador estava estragado, estava bem caótico. Todo o andar do café da manhã estava sem luz, sem nenhuma explicação aparente. Acho que a questão do estacionamento ser pago não estava nada clara quando fiz a reserva.

Um local que recomendaria para quem não precisa de frescuras.
Pros:

Gostei do café da manhã, mas achei o café preto frio pelas duas vezes que estive no hotel. Do restante, muito bom.
Achei ótimo ter manobrista na chegada e saída. Na primeira vez que estive no hotel, tive dificuldade para pegar o carro na saída, pois não tinha quem abrisse o portão e perdemos tempo.

Cons:

Ocorreu falta de água nas duas noites que estive no hotel. O checkin eletronico não funcionou, enviei mensagem para o hotel e não conseguiram enviar um link para realizar o mesmo. Quando cheguei no hotel tinha uma fila enorme que demorei mais de uma hora para fazer o checkin.

Almocei no restaurante da acomodação, Almoço ruim , 👎 na mesa nada forrado , nada de sal , temperos, nenhum guardanapo.
Atendimento muito ruim pra cobrar caro no almoço, Um PF na rua seria melhor ou quartinha kkk .
Todas as mesas sem os componentes pra tornar sua refeição confortável.
Horrível.
Eu nao pagaria novamente.
