Limpeza e condições/limpeza do banheiro, ralo entupido, fui tomar banho, box virou um piscina, sem contar que o ralo estava solto e com restos de emblangens de outros hospedes dentro.

Apesar de algumas falhas, voltaria ao hotel e indico aos amigos.
Pros:

Hotel muito bom para sua proposta, acho que era o antigo Sheraton. Apartamento muito bom , e limpo. Café da manhã muito bom. lugar calmo. De maneira geral, sim, o Hotel é bom!

Cons:

Achei os preços meio exagerado na alimentação, talvez o hotel se valha disso por não ter nada perto para ir andando, mas tem que se entender a proposta do tipo de hotel.
A academia está muito sofrível, aparelhos quebrados e esteiras desreguladas.
A equipe poderia ser mais simpática, principalmente no restaurante em frente a recepção.
Não escolha quarto perto da recepção, muito perto dos primeiros quartos.

Acesso fácil ao aeroporto.

localização é ótima para quem viaja e precisa acessar o Viracopos.

Cons:

Como já havia ficado neste outras vezes, e tive o mesmo problema, havia pedido que reservassem alguma vaga de carro que fosse fácil descarregar as malas, já que meu vôo chegaria apenas 23:30, não fui atendido. E o quarto não estava totalmente limpo.
