Pros:

God morgenmad med varierede tilbud. Usædvanlig smuk indretning af værelse og fællesarealer. Vi kunne godt lide den retro-romantiske stil med mange smukke ting. Venligt og ligetil personale. Vi blev iøvrigt opgraderet til en juniorsuite.

Cons:

Der var køligt på badeværelset. Den lille radiator kunne ikke få temperaturen op tilsvarende værelset her i marts. En radiator svarende til dem på værelset vil hjælpe.
Teen var posete, som man selv skulle lave - det ville være perfekt om det kunne laves af personalet.

Cons:

At the breakfast there could be more vegetables. The door to the room could be replaced with a new one; Also the bathroom should be renovated.

Det var en oplevelse, at nyde godt af alt det gamle historiske som man har valgt at bevare og ha med sig ind til nutiden :-)

would definately recommed and for sure will return at our next stay in area Frederickshavn!
Pros:

Hotel direcly in the center, near to Restaurants and Shops; Breakfast extraordinary with various local and healthy food; Hotel run by 3 sisters who are very kind and helpful when needed; beautiful interior like in former old merchand houses, very stylisch

Cons:

The bed in our room was not so good as expected; as i had some problems with my knee, our room at second level was pretty hard to reach

Pros:

Leuk hotel; vlakbij de veerhaven en in het centrum.

Cons:

Ligt aan straat waar passerend verkeer nogal lawaaiig is door klankkast met omliggende hogere gebouwen, met name als je ramen open hebt. Ramen aan straatzijde en enige mogelijkheid voor ventilatie.
Bed zakte wat door.
Gastvrouw zeer vriendelijk en mooie karakteristieken in hotel.
