Pros:

Stayed a bit more than a week and didn't get a single night of rest. The toilet was leaking which led to at least 20 mosquitoes entering through a window which wasn't closable and had no fly-net. We got eaten alive and had to stay up til 5 am almost every night hunting down every last mosquito, just so we could get some rest on our already uncomfortable beds. We had no towels for the first couple of days and no toiletries or soaps were provided at any point. We got invaded by ants which entered through the filthy air conditioner and we woke up many mornings with multiple ants crawling on us, and when we reported this we got told it was our fault for taking food to our room, despite us not taking anything which wasn't already in a sealed plastic bag. Our suitcases and clothes got infested with ants, we got eaten alive by mosquitoes, had to wear slippers in the bathroom because the floor was always wet and we couldn't get a proper night's rest for our entire stay. The fridge was broken and never worked, I never saw the pool get cleaned once, the toilet was near unusable and stained, the walls were dirty and the drawers looked like they hadn't been cleaned in 35 years. The best thing was the pool table which provided quite a few hours of fun. The staff were friendly and the property is within walking distance to shops. 1/5 just because of the pool table. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone who wants an actual holiday and some rest.
