Per Debora e Paolo ....... TOP!

Ottima accoglienza con Debora alla reception, fantastica. Ottima la stanza, pulita, spaziosa, comoda.
Simpaticissimo Paolo al notturno. Basandomi su queste due figure, ci sarebbe da firmare per restare giornalmente.

Cons:

Migliorerei il servizio ristorante (cena e colazione).
A cena, ottime materie prime, preparazioni meticolose, ma lo chef che urla in cucina e le continue scuse delle ragazze ai tavoli, ci hanno fatto capire che il loro mestiere è un'altro. (Confermato dalle stesse!!)
Colazione non degna di un 4 stelle.
Dalla poca scelta di brioches (ho cercato in vano sotto il cartellino "frutti di bosco", un mini cornetto ai frutti di bosco), alla disposizione di salumi (da una parte) e pane (dall'altra parte della sala), al tostapane da casa che ho attaccato alla corrente personalmente (una tostiera professionale, no?), alle sottilette insomma... Credo sia opportuno una riorganizzazione della colazione.
