Perfect for visiting my student son!
Pros:

Brilliant hotel with lovely staff. Single room spacious and comfortable, excellent value for money. Location not to be beaten. So nice to find a friendly, personalised establishment in St Andrews at an affordable price.

Comfortable stat in a great location in St Andrew’s
Pros:

A lovely bespoke hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. I was very lucky to stay in a brand new furnished room which was very comfortable during a stay for business.

Cons:

My only downside was that I am gluten free and there was not much options for breakfast, which once the chef realised he went out of his way to accommodate - however it would be great to have a little more selection for those with dietary needs on offer.

A lovely place to stay, location, deco of the room, staff and the balcony! Will be choosing this place again next time
Pros:

Great location, great hospitality, very clean . Good to see they’re very environmentally conscious. Love the room. Very nice.

Cons:

It was unfortunate that the kitchen renovation was happening. Although the noise was minimal.

Hotel is very good for location.
Pros:

Very good location. Hotel is in the center of the city. It is perfect for short staying. Hotel has everything in place. You can stay and enjoy.

Für eine Nacht mit wenig Gepäck okay
Pros:

Die Lage ist toll, das warme Frühstück war toll. Der O-Saft war allerdings furchtbar. Das Zimmer war sauber.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war winzig. Das Bett war sehr schmal . Das Zimmer war im Obergeschoss, die Decke niedrig und wir hatten Probleme unsere Koffer dort unterzubringen weil das Zimmer so klein war.

Was there for a One (1) week solo golf trip. The hotel was quiet and relaxing.
Pros:

Room was a perfect size for a solo traveler. Breakfast was excellent w/ waitstaff friendly and attentive. Location was good for walking around town/golf courses. Front desk staff were very helpful in giving directions and suggestions for shopping & dining options.

Cons:

Nothing (all good).

Very overpriced, poor value
Pros:

Staff was extremely pleasant, breakfast was good. Good central location

Cons:

The room was very hot, extremely small, not very clean. The bathroom floor tile was coming off, the showers water pressure was horrible, only a small trickle. The showers temperature was even worse, either scalded me or was freezing cold. This room was very much overpriced-despite the location.

Took a while to figure out the toilet system and the noise of guests in the lounge late at night kept me awake several times.
