Prettig verblijf, leuke locatie, goed ontbijt
Pros:

Orettig hotel, mooie ligging in het centrum

Cons:

Een simpel dinner in het hotel, dat is niet meer mogelijk. Wel een bar. Parkeren in de parkeergarage tegenover het hotel. Parkeergarage heeft geen relatie met hotel ( geen korting op parkeren als je in het hotel verblijft)

Leuk hotel!
Pros:

De vriendelijke dames bij de receptie en de leuke attentie die op de kamer lag (‘Booking-gast van de dag’). Mooie kamer ook. Tegenover parkeergarage is handig

Bei der Abreise benötigte ich eine Rechnung. Mir wurde an der Rezeption mitgeteilt, dass dies nicht möglich sei und ich mich an Booking.com wenden müsse.

Nachdem ich Booking.com kontaktiert hatte, wurde mir dort wiederum gesagt, dass ich die Rechnung direkt beim Hotel anfragen solle.

Die Richtlinien von Booking.com und/oder dem Hotel sind hier sehr unklar und schlecht kommuniziert. Für den Kunden ist das äußerst ärgerlich.

Pros:

Sehr zentral. Stylisch und gemütlich eingerichtet, weiche Betten, Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Leider etwas Lärm von draussen.
