The best experience. An excellent hotel. Great location close to the cable car that goes up to the mountain and also to the city center. Very clean and quiet. Nice and helpful staff. A very good breakfast. But the highlight is the view of the Matterhorn from the balcony and also from our bed. We’ve been here two years ago and we enjoyed it even better this year.

Buena ubicación y prestaciones. Personal muy atento.
Pros:

Me gustó que hubiese una pequeña nevera y utensilios como un abridor con navaja y sacacorchos en la habitación; cafetera, café y cuchara en la habitación, junto un bolígrafo para notas. Me fueron muy útiles. Destacar el buen tamaño de la pantalla de TV en la habitación individual. También que me preparasen el desayuno para llevar, por la tarde del día anterior, ya que madrugaba para salir de caminata muy temprano. Un detalle que te hacen en pocos sitios.

Cons:

El último día me golpeé al levantarme del retrete con una repisa de cristal de color verde que está justamente encima, pediría al personal que lo eliminase ya que no es una repisa estratégica que tenga mucha utilidad donde está colocada y es peligrosa, porque si te pegas muy fuerte puedes llegar a cortarte. De todas maneras el lavabo y la ducha muy completos y cómodos.

Exceeded my expectations, guest oriented experience, they go out of their way to accommodate you.
Pros:

Excellently located just by the centre, bridge, viewpoint, cemetery and museum. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, even offering to keep my excess stuff in the luggage room whilst i went up to climb Matterhorn, and on top of that, even offered me a warm cool shower once i came down from the mountains! One morning I even missed the breakfast because of an early start and they kindly arranged a breakfast in a box the night before for me. Excellent! Felt like a 5 star service. Will be back!

ロケーションとサービスで合格です。ツェルマットなんで値段は仕方ないです。
Pros:

駅から8分くらいかかるが、マッターホルンのビュースポットの日本人橋の横で、メインストリートから少しずれて、静かで部屋のバルコニーからマッターホルンが見えた。バルコニーに出れて爽やか。
朝食も種類多く、ジューサーで野菜をふんだんに絞って飲めたこと。パンも美味。

Cons:

4泊したので、２泊目に掃除を頼んだが、ベットメーキング、バスルームはきっちり綺麗にされていたが、テーブルの椅子の下に昨日落としたナッツも紙屑もテーブル下にあり、床掃除がされてなかった。一泊4万以上する上に、２泊はno cleaningにしたのに、掃除はちゃんとしてほしい。

Pros:

체르마트 주변에서 트레킹 할겸 연박으로 숙박하였는데 직원들도 친절하시고 조식도 훌륭하고 방도 매우 청결하였습니다 나중에 다시 마테호른 보러올때 또 여기에서 자고싶네요.

아쉬웠던점은 딱히 없습니다.
