Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr gross. Separat WC und Dusche. Vom Balkon herrlicher Blick aufs Matterhorn. Tolles Frühstück. Die Lage ist auch gut und ruhig.

Wonderful stay with a great view
Pros:

The location is excellent, and the view of the Matterhorn was amazing! Great to have the balcony to admire the mountain, despite the chilly weather. The breakfast was exceptional - just about anything you can think of, and we loved the "DIY" element for pancakes, waffles, and omelets.
We enjoyed our short stay very much thanks to the hotel.

Cons:

We were disappointed that there is no flexibiliy to change the date of our booking, as the event we were attending in Zermatt had been cancelled last minute.

Emplacement très central à Zermatt, à 10min à pied des remontées méchaniques.
Chambre très agréable et fonctionnelle.
Excellent petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix.
SPA très agréable avec un coin relax.
Personnel très accueillant

Cons:

Les deux saunas n'étaient pas enclenchés lors de ma visite au SPA.
Seul le hamam était disponible.

A cosy 3 star hotel in the heart of Zermatt
Pros:

A cosy 3star hotel, good location in the heart of Zermatt. We booked a double room with with balcony. The view of the matterhorn mountain was amazing.
The bed was very comfy, modern new decor, very nice and clean, tea/coffee provided, bathroom clean but though was abit small. Breakfast was fabulous. Shops and restaraunts to the high street about 5 - 10 mins walk.
Friendly and helpful staff. Recomended.
