Just a lovely place to return to following a day of exploration.
Pros:

Was hoping for a view of the Matterhorn but nevertheless my balcony view was lovely too. Beautifully clean throughout. Great location for a wander into the town. The breakfast experience is just perfect, so much choice.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Disappointing as we were looking forward to this stay and were very let down.

Good location and convenient shuttle bus to and from the station

Cons:

Staff are unwelcoming and unfriendly. The spa is average at best. We were made to feel like an inconvenience as guests. This was by far the most expensive accommodation we stayed at during our time in Switzerland and the service was the worst. I feel like they are using the excuse of having a Matterhorn view to get away with having sub par service.

A short day, but adequate for what I needed.
Pros:

The hotel was in a great position and I had a great buffet breakfast, was very clean and the beds extremely comfortable.

Cons:

The rooms are quite small and I had inquired about hotel transfers from the train station. I was told they didn’t have one so I had to spend 25. On a Taxi, only to find that there was actually a transfer service.
Also upon checking there was literally one staff person manning the reception and the bar so everything took an extremely long time to check in to get a drink to have a problem solved.
Given it was a Sunday in summer, you think they would have more staff available to work.
