Excelente, hotel con execente ubicacion, fácil acceso y cuartos muy cómodos !

Excelente ubicación! Nuestra cuarto tenía una vista al Cervin increíble

Cons:

Lamentablemente el aseo cotidiano de los cuartos no fue hecho adecuadamente, basura dejada sobre las mesas, pocillos de café sin lavar y piso con polvo!

Pros:

The hotel is very well located and the view from the room is great. Breakfast was very good. The spa area is small but very restful.

Cons:

Like many other hotels in Zermatt, this is way overpriced! The bathroom is kind of old with a dangerous slippery bathtub(walk in shower would be better), no space around the tiny sink to put your toiletry bags. Also there are no lockers at the wellness nor area where to put your clothing
