窓からマッターホルンが見えるお部屋でした
Pros:

部屋の窓からマッターホルンが見える部屋でした。場所は駅まで歩いて10分、タクシー乗り場へはホテルのシャトルバスがありました。朝食は美味しかったです。

Cons:

最上階の屋根裏部屋だったので暑かった。夜、部屋に魚を焼いたような煙が入ってきて火災報知器が2度3度となりました。問い合わせをしましたが、煙探知機が働いたとの説明で大丈夫だと言われましたが、かなり、不安な夜を過ごしました。

Zentral gelegen, alles sehr sauber und tolles Frühstück - nettes Personal und prima Blick zum Matterhorn! Selbst wenn man ein Zimmer mit Bergblick hat- ist man schnell bei der Brücke und genießt den Anblick! Toller Wellness Bereich

Die Öffnungszeiten des Wellnessbereich. Allerdings kann ich verstehen dass dies bei gutem warmen Wetter so sind😉

日本人橋からすぐで、駅までも歩ける距離。立地最高でした！！
部屋はマッターホルンビューではなかったものの、周りの山々も壮大で、景色は最高でした
ホテルのスタッフの方も笑顔で対応してくださり、大満足！
お部屋をアップグレードで広いお部屋を準備してくださり、とても嬉しかったです。清潔感あり、最高でした！

Perfect place to stay in Zermatt!
Pros:

Everything at this hotel was wonderful. Room very comfortable with everything we might need. Really liked the location on the other side of the town from the busy train station and shopping and still very walkable. They have a shuttle to pick you up and take you back to the train station, you just have to reserve it a day ahead of time. Staff very nice. Also right by a great view of the Matterhorn looking over the river. Great restaurants nearby and elsewhere in the town.

Pros:

I stayed there on the 14th and 15th of September and luckily both days are sunny. I could see a very beautiful Matterhorn from the balcony which has a table and chairs. I will be back again.

Vey good stay at a very good hotel,
Pros:

The room was very nicely appointed and clean. The bed was very good. Great sized balcony, No view in our view. The bathroom was decent sized. Water flow in the shower was great. The breakfast was excellent, the best attribute. The location was very good and easy to access, Excellent points for the shuttle between the rail depot and the hotel, which would have been an upward climb if not for the service.

Cons:

I think a fan in the room would have made it the perfect stay. The room did not have air conditio0n nor windows so we slept with the balcony door wide open.

観光に、最高のホテルだった。
Pros:

朝食が美味しかった。日本橋の真横で観光には最高。マッターホルンが部屋から見えた。スタッフは皆んな感じが良かった。

Cons:

9月中旬の宿泊だったが、寒かった。部屋の暖房が効いていなかった。暖房のスイッチがなく、探してしまった。暖かいパジャマが必要だった。エレベーターが業務用と宿泊客と兼用でスイッチが分かりにくく、2往復してしまった。

マッターホルンビュー最高
Pros:

丁度宿泊した2泊とも最高のお天気で、バルコニーからのマッターホルンのビューが素晴らしかったです！地下のスパ利用は水着なしでバスタオルを巻いてと言う規則があり始めは不安でしたが、夕方は貸し切り状態でラッキーでした。清潔でスチームサウナがリラックス出来てとても良かったです。
