Best time in my life!
Pros:

The staffs were absolutely fantastic, they enhanced our stay to the next level!
The location was also amazing, from our balcony we could see Matterhorn even the sunrise!!!
The room facilities were flawless, we weren’t expecting the room to be so new and clean!
Honestly, me and my family had the most wonderful time there with Hotel Bristol, thank you all!

Pros:

ツェルマット駅からも徒歩10分ほどで、日本人橋も目の前で立地はとても良いと思います。バルコニーも付いていて私はマウンテンビューでしたが、満喫できました。また電気ポットがありお茶やコーヒーを飲むこともできました。

Cons:

チェックインし、部屋に荷物を置こうと向かったらまだ清掃中でした。チェックイン時にスタッフ同士の方がフランス語かドイツ語かで恐らく私の部屋について話していました。私が本来のチェックイン時間よりも早いから「部屋がまだ準備できていないかもしれないけど、どうする？」みたいな会話をしていて多分大丈夫だと思い、部屋に案内したのだと思います。確かに早く着いてしまった私にも非はありますが、まだ準備できていない可能性が少しでもあるのなら清掃員スタッフに確認するなど情報共有をすべきだと思いました。そうすれば、私は荷物だけを預けて後からチェックインすることもできました。
もう一つ、部屋の掃除をお願いしたのですがホテルに帰ってきたらバスタオルが交換されていませんでした。こんなことは初めてで、驚きました。二泊だけだし、タオルも乾いていたので特に交換は求めませんでしたが、仕事な以上面倒臭いことは承知ですが必要最低限のことはすべきだと思います。窓も勝手に開けられていて寒かったです。
また泊まりたいとは思えませんでした。

A warm, high-quality hotel experience that I would definitely choose again on my next trip to Zermatt.
Pros:

Our room was very clean and well maintained. The hotel staff and especially the owner were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was quite good in terms of both quality and variety. The hotel is very centrally located, making it easy to reach everywhere in Zermatt on foot.

Cons:

We didn’t experience anything negative; everything exceeded our expectations.
