Pros:

Dostęp do Aquaparku. Spiska Sobota 12 minut spaceru. Sklep po drugiej stronie ulicy. Ale właściwie nie ma potrzeby wychodzić z hotelu.

Hotel rarują tylko baseny i strefa saun

Cons:

Hotel podniszczony słabe wyżywienie ni dokładne sprzątanie uznaniowe rozpoczynanie i kończnie pracy basenów.
Podczas 7 dni pobytu 3 razy składałem skargi na obsługę basenie i sprzatanie. Moim zdaniem hotel nie zasługuje na 4 *

Pros:

Čistota izby, super raňajky & večere, milé bolo aj to, že aj moja 5 ročná dcéra dostala županík nielen my s manželom.

Cons:

Nepáčilo sa mi, že nad balkónom nebola strieška a keďže počas celého pobytu nám pršalo, balkón sme skoro vôbec nevedeli využiť. Rovnako ako negatívum vnímam vstavanú sprchovú hlavicu, pričom dieťa takto osprchovať dalo zabrať. A chýbal mi tam aspoň malý sušiak na plavky (viď prílohu) nakoľko sa nám nemohli sušiť na balkóne (ešteže vždy nosím ten môj malý všade so sebou spolu so štipcami). A závesy? No tie by tiež potrebovali už refresh resp.vymeniť ich (dotrhané na vrchu nakoľko sa zasekávajú do balkónových dverí).
A veľkým mínusom vnímam že ubytovaní hostia nemajú k dispozícii bazén len pre seba…mám na mysli dni, kedy sa tam dostavilo cca 60 detí asi z táborov a ten hluk čo tam spôsobili nebolo moc príjemné pre nás ubytovaných, ktorí sme si tam prišli oddýchnuť. Nemám nič proti deťom ale toto bolo veľké množstvo naraz. Presúvali sme sa od jedného k druhému, tretiemu, no aj tie deti…🫣

Śniadania i obiadokolacje super, duży wybór każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Aquapark bez limitu kiedy mielismy ochotę to szliśmy.

Świetna baza wypadowa do uprawiania sportów z możliwością relaksu w basenach i SPA.
Pros:

Fantastyczna obsługa, duży wybór basenów oraz spa. Same ceny w SPA również określam jako niedrogie a jakość usług na wysokim poziomie. Bardzo smaczne jedzenie w restauracji. Strzeżony parking przy samym hotelu. Świetna baza wypadowa do wycieczek górskich, jazdy rowerem czy zwiedzenia. Świetny widok na góry z tarasu.

Cons:

Telewizor mógłby być bardziej nowoczesny z większą ilością aplikacji. Nie było problemem, że do posiłków są płatne napoje a jedynie kwestia ich cen.

Wir waren zum 3.mal in diesem Hotel wie immer waren wir sehr zufrieden.
Sehr schöne Aqua Park mit Bademantel Gang erreichbar. Sehr gutes Essen gute Auswahl.
20 km bis in die Hohe Tatra.
Preis Leistung Gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sollten bei 14 Tage Aufenthalt wenigstens 3mal gesaugt werden. Handtuch und Bettwäsche Tausch 👌!

Zavřené venkovní bary a atrakce,žádná možnost koupě zmrzliny, v hotelu nehorázné teplo a vlhkost vzduchu, nebyla možnost ovládat klimatizaci.. vědět že je to mimo léto v omezeném provozu, tak za to ty peníze nedáme. Čekal jsem že tam bude to, co bylo v nabídce... A ne že to bude zavřené...
