Ugodan i lijep odmor.
Pros:

Doručak je dobar, lokacija izvrsna, sadržaj odličan.

Cons:

Bilo je raznih bubica u sobama, što se posebno nije svidjelo djeci. Pomoćni ležaj na kojem je spavalo treće dijete je neudoban.

Veliko izbire in zelo dober.

Cons:

Predlagam, da v sobe dodate nižje, vendar klasične blazine. Obstoječi blazini mi ne ustrezata.

Sve od hrane do osoblja. I sto je bilo cisto.

Cons:

Mozda manje suncobrana napolje kod bazena i sto nije naglasen na Bokingu da se Mini bar placa ekstar. A sve ostalo je ok

A great hotel to relax
Pros:

Everything was great. The room, the food the staff and the amenities were beyond what we were expecting. It was not our first stay and it surely will not be our last. We can't wait to go back. We would like to give thanks for our server Dejan he was great and made out stay even better.

Cons:

We honestly did not like the information we got as we were checking out of the stay. Everything was rushed despite the fact that that we checked out early so we can be longer at the pools. We asked for making more reservations and were redirected that they don't do that and we should call to reserve our next stay but were not given the number. After a great stay it was not nice.

Pros:

Everything was good. The lady who was working in the restaurant (not waitress) with brown red-short hair, was very kind. She is not speaking english, but understans everything and she is very helpful. Thank you.

Cons:

My son is lactose sensitive. There were no allergy ingredients written out in the restaurant. Other guest was helping to read the milk boxes, because all of it was in slovenian language- of course- but not in english or german. And i think it is not acceptable in a 5 star hotel. (Not the milk, the zero information about the meals ingredients).

Tolles schönes Hotel
Pros:

Personal, Zimmer und Pool waren super. Auch die Möglichkeit am Abreisetag noch so lange zu baden wie man will finde ich super. Früstück und Abendessen waren sehr lecker.

Cons:

Nervig finde ich die Zeiten die man angeben muss wann man vor hat zu Frühstücken und zu Abend essen.

Exceptional.place with minor issues
Pros:

Close to the pools, nice, tranquil surrounding. Helpful staff, and rich buffet breakfast. We enjoyed the large terrace very much especially during the sunset. Huge area, so no crowded places.

Cons:

5-star hotel with some maintenance issues. The seating regime for 'breakfast only' guests is somewhat annoying (almost empty restautant - but you have no table). All in all only minor issues.
