Pros:

Hotel ist gut ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen . Essen eins a . Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich . Immer eine Reise wert .

Cons:

Therme ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen . Müsste ein wenig renoviert werden . Saunabereich dafür sehr schön .

Pros:

Prostředí naprosto dokonalé. Velice nám vyhovovalo, že jsme po celou dobu měli pouze ten jeden (přidělený) stůl. Pokoje tiché, strava skvělá.

Cons:

Hotel si chybně zapsal pouze jedno jméno ubytovaného, ačkoliv jsme byli pár. Museli jsme si říct o doplnění potřebných věcí na pokoji.
Lampičky jsou dost "vytahané" a nedrží v požadované poloze (např. ke čtení). Z toalety se párkrát ozvaly divné zvuky, tak jsme čekali, jestli se obsah trubek neobjeví v prostoru WC.

Tolle Erholung zu einem guten Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist riesig - toll aufgeteilt, mit einer Badewanne im Zimmer, einen Riesen-Balkon, sehr gute Matratzen und auch sonst alles, was man nur so benötigen würde! Frühstück und allgemein das Essen ist hervorragend, frisch und sehr geschmackvoll, da gibt es absolut nichts zu bemängeln.

Cons:

Die Bademäntel und Handtücher befinden sich am Zimmer, das heißt wir haben "ausnahmsweise" einen Bademantel erhalten, weil wir schon gegen 12 Uhr da waren, das sollte evtl. umorganisiert werden. Ebenso beim Check-Out die Badetasche ist am Zimmer zu lassen, das wäre doch kein Problem, wenn man sie beim Bademeister gemeinsam mit dem Bademantel abgibt. Weiters gibt es täglich eine Happy Hour in der Bar, hier hatten wir Gin Tonic bestellt, der wurde uns jedoch komplett - ohne Happy-Hour-Preis verrechnet, auf Nachfrage: Na ja - dann hätten Sie dazusagen müssen, dass das der Happy-Hour Gin sein sollte....da wäre eine Nachfrage seitens des Personals schon gut gewesen!

Es hat uns gut gefallen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe, das Essen war hervorragend, Frühstück als auch Abendessen. Der Saunabereich ist wunderschön saniert.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Leselampen am Bett konnten nicht mehr eingestellt werden, die sind einfach nur heruntergehangen. Die Schwimmbecken sind leider auch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die blauen Fliesen sind abgehauen, rund um die Wasserauslässe am Boden sind die Fliesen braun, an den Überlaufgittern am Rand bilden sich Algen. Leider gibt es im Saunabereich zu wenig Liegen seit der Sanierung.

Pros:

Pokoje prostorné, úklid každý den i s výměnou ručníků. Personál velmi ochotný a vše řeší s úsměvem. V jídelně je velmi pestrá strava a chutná skvěle.

Cons:

Žádný problém nebyl.
