5 star hotel???
Pros:

I liked the pool, the convenient location close to Murska Sobota, and the spacious room.

Cons:

Breakfast was quite crowded, and we had to stick to the exact breakfast time arranged in advance, which felt unusual for a five-star hotel. When I asked for a regular cappuccino, the waitress replied rather unfriendly that I should go to the bar and buy one there. This is not something I would expect from a five-star hotel, especially at this price level.

Pros:

The room was amazing, plus the added balcony really made the scenery become one of the highlights of the trip. The food was amazing and the staff were super nice. It wasn't super crowded either to bathing and sunbathing was a super fun and calm experience. It was just amazing overall :)

v vseh pogledih lep hotel, ki omogoča udobno bivanje.

Cons:

Klima deluje slabo, verjetno je že potrebna obnove. Sonce sije popoldan direktno v šipe in se sobe zelo segrejejo, nimajo pa rolet.

Ein luxuriöser, erholsamer Aufenthalt mit ausgezeichnetem Essen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, hochwertig eingerichtet und wirkt insgesamt sehr luxuriös. Unser Zimmer war großzügig, mit getrenntem Bad und WC sowie einem großen Balkon. Besonders positiv fanden wir den Gepäckservice bis aufs Zimmer und die Lademöglichkeiten für Elektroautos. Trotz der aktuellen Umbauarbeiten im Restaurantbereich war das Essen jeden Tag ausgezeichnet und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Der einzige Kritikpunkt betrifft den Dresscode. Auf Booking.com und auch im Hotel wird dieser mehrfach erwähnt, die Informationen sind jedoch nicht ganz einheitlich. Wir haben uns extra daran gehalten und sogar für unseren vierjährigen Sohn lange Hosen mitgenommen. Vor Ort trugen jedoch viele Gäste kurze Hosen im Restaurant, ohne dass dies beanstandet wurde. Entweder sollte der Dresscode konsequent umgesetzt oder nicht so stark beworben werden.

Komentar na recepciji da moras imeti dolge hlace in dolge rokave pri vecerji ki jo strezejo v hodniku ker prenavljajo restavracijo vendar tega ne navedejo v rezervaciji. Tudi komunikacija v restavraciji je samo v hrvascini tako da se moramo mi prilagajat. Prisla sna uz terem tuhelj kjer so natakarice iz nepala in vse givorijo tekoce hrvasko pri nas pa se mi prilagamo. Res zalostno
