There is no elevator due to the historic staircase.

Pros:

Wir haben ins wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war gut und reichlich. Das Zimmer war groß mit Küche, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirr usw. Ausstattung ist gut, auch für Selbstversorger.

Ein perfektes Wochenende mit super Ausblick über Dresden
Pros:

Es war ein Mutter Sohn Wochenende und per Zufall hatten wir das größte die größte Ferienwohnung ( hier noch mal ein dickes Dankeschön). Es war perfekt für uns, da wir sehr viel Platz hatten, es sind große Räume. Gemütliche Küche und ein schönes Bad , dazu noch der fantastische Ausblick über Dresden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ob es bei der Ankunft oder beim Essen war das Personal war ein Traum.

Tolle Unterkunft für ein Wochenende zur Fortbildung.
Pros:

Wir haben eine Suite ohne Frühstück im obersten Stock bekommen, sehr ruhig und am Morgen hatte man eine tolle Sicht über Dresden. Die Mitarbeitenden in der Unterkunft waren sehr freundlich und umgänglich, wenn es um kleine Wünsche außer der Reihe ging. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Appartement idéal pour un séjour à Dresde avec un bon rapport qualité-prix
Pros:

Appartement bien situé, assez proche du centre- ville accessible en 20 mn en voiture et possible aussi en tramway; nous n'avions pas compris où récupérer les clés de l'appartement, 3 maisons plus bas mais nous avons ensuite été très bien accueillis avec en bonus des plans et conseils pour visiter la ville et même se garer au moins cher; appartement très propre, calme et suffisamment spacieux, jolie SDB, parking soit dans la résidence soit facile à trouver devant; idéal pour un séjour à Dresde avec un bon rapport qualité-prix.

Cons:

La Villa pourrait avoir une meilleure isolation mais les résidents vivaient sur le même rythme que nous et ne nous ont pas empêché de dormir.

Pros:

Schönes Haus mit gepflegter Aussenanlage.Innen wie man sich eine alte Villa vorstellt. Wir mögen das.Teilweise schöne alte Möbel.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war ein Stilmix. Schade. Küchenzeile müsste unbedingt ausgetauscht werden. Der Herd funktionierte nicht, haben wir leider zu spät bemerkt. Kühlschranktür muss fest angedrückt werden damit sie schließt.Auch ist das Kühlaggregat sehr laut, leider auch nachts. Kaffeemaschine muss auf die Spüle gestellt werden da Zuleitung zu kurz.Auch das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen.Die Armaturen waren zwar teilweise neu was aber über die mangelnde Sauberkeit nicht hinwegtäuscht.Das Toilettenbecken ersparte uns unsere täglichen Kniebeugen. Für normal große Menschen definitiv zu niedrig.Parkplätze sind vorhanden aber zu wenig und andere Parkmöglichkeiten sind schwierig zu finden.

Ausstattung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Stühle sind sehr durchgesessen, nicht verwendbar. Sofa auch.
Bett zu kurz.
Küchen Ausstattung zusammengwürfelt.

Großes Messer stark beschädigt und Beschichtung löst sich.
Verletzungsgefahr wegen beschädigtem Griff.

Kaum Gläser vorhanden.
