Pros:

Krásný hotel na kopci s výhledem, výborný servis a milý personál. Shutle bus je velká přidaná hodnota.
Skvělé snídaně, čistý a příjmený bazén. Velký pokoj s krásnou terasou. Čistota a skvělé postele.

Cons:

Byli jsme na začátku května, v pokoji bylo trochu chladněji. AC ovládání nepomohlo. Nešlo přitopit.

Pros:

Bel hôtel sur les hauteurs de Levanto, grande piscine avec vue panoramique, spa avec sauna hammam. Chambre spacieuse avec terrasse. Le personnel et professionnel, sympathique et communique en Anglais et même en Français.
Le service de navette à la demande de 9h à 23h vers la gare et le centre de Levanto est excellent, confortable et rapide. Parfait pour visiter les Cinque Terre.

Lyxigt hotell i med fin utsikt
Pros:

Jättehärligt ställe på berget med fin utsikt. Trevlig personal och spaavdelningen var jättefin. Vi tog också behandlingar som var bra. Stort och fint rum. God frukost. Det fanns en buss som körde ner en till stan och hämtade en mellan 09 på morgonen till 23 på kvällen, rekommenderar att äta nere i byn.

Cons:

Restaurangen på kvällen kunde varit mycket bättre. Sängarna kunde varit mer bekväma.

Excellent hôtel, le parfait endroit pour visiter les Cinqueterre . Préférez une chambre refaite.
Pros:

Personnel aux petits oignons , cuisine au top (PDJ et dîner à la carte ), piscine et spa très agréables.

Cons:

Notre suite était très grande mais la déco datée : elle n’avait pas été encore
Refaite comme d’autres chambres

The hotel surpassed expectations in every way!

The food was the best we had during our entire trip!
It was a wonderful surprise- the food was fresh and wonderfully prepared. The staff was delightful.

Magnifique moment
Pros:

L'accueil, la gentillesse du personnel, ils parlent tous très bien français. Le confort du lit et de la chambre, le restaurant très délicieux et l'emplacement près de la gare avec une navette de l'hôtel, décor somptueux

This was a wonderful hotel with excellent facilities (heated pool, fabulous spa), wonderful staff.
Pros:

The is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The breakfast was beyond fantastic with many choices. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests and were excellent in serving the hotel's guests - following an example set by the manager, who personally took our family of 8 (one day with our luggage) to the train station when we needed to be there before the shuttle service from the hotel began at 9 am.

Gutes hotel, ruhig und mit schönem Wellnessbereich, grossem Pool und sehr feiner Küche.
Pros:

ein komfortables Hotel etwas abseits vom Geschehen, jedoch mit hauseigenem Shuttle jederzeit gut zu erreichen. Sehr gute Küche, grosse Zimmer.

Cons:

Die Lage hat uns nicht begeistert...Wer keinen Balkon bucht, hat zT gar keine Aussicht trotz Hanglage. Auch mit Balkon ist die Sicht auf den Bahnhof nicht überwältigend. Im April ab ca. 18 Uhr bereits im Schatten. Preislich am am oberen Limit...immerhin sind PP und Wellness inbegriffen.
