Fell in love with both Levanto and the Park Hotel Argento! Everyone we came in contact with at this hotel was kind, helpful and greeted us with a smile.
Very clean & staff very helpful! Nice, Large rooms. Well located to visit all of Cinque Terre by walking or train. Levanto is a quaint, little village.
We recently stayed at this lovely hotel in Levanto and couldn’t have been more pleased. It’s a fantastic option if you’re planning to visit Cinque Terre but prefer a quieter, less crowded scene.
The hotel offered a very convenient shuttle service to the train station and downtown Levanto. Be sure to take advantage of this if you are initially arriving by train.
The staff was warm, friendly and attentive. It’s obvious they take pride in their service.
Overall, a great play to stay—peaceful, well-run and ideally located.
Stayed 4 nights. Hotel very clean, pool great, breakfast excellent and shuttle to the train station and town was so easy. Made for a great stay.
Importantly, on my first night I suffered a minor medical event that left me very unwell. The General Manager, Carl, came to my room and made phone calls to a doctor and showed great care. Importantly he followed up with me the next day to see how I was.
This level of care was greatly appreciated and showed me that Carl cared about his guests and puts people first
Highly recommended hotel

Staff amazing, cocktails by the pool fantastic! Everyone so friendly and professional. Levanto is a lovely town with great restaurants.
A very wonderful experience. While quaint and nicely appointed, the friendly staff provided us a wonderful Levanto (or Cinque Terra) experience. We used the hotel as a launching point to hike the Cinque Terra trails. While all staff were extremely helpful and informative, the bar manager (Dario) provided us a first-class dining and cocktail experience. While subtle, his food, cocktail, and wine knowledge is extensive. Also, there's a very convenient van shuttle that runs all day from the hotel that makes three stops (train station, city central, and beach). Enjoy!
Excellent hotel, better than the pictures and very helpful staff
This is 4 star hotel, in Levanto. The rooms are super clean but need an upgrade. The staff is super friendly, there is a free shuttle to take you to downtown or train station. The breakfast is amazing so is the pool.
This hotel is top notch! They go out of their way to assure a wonderful stay !
Such a wonderful stay!! Beautiful Park Hotel Argento is the perfect place to call home whether you are exploring Cinque Terre or any of the beautiful surrounding areas. The train station is a quick 5 minute walk where you can be to any of the Cinque Terre towns in 5-15 minutes. The hotel manager, Carlo, and his amazing staff are outstanding and go out of their way to ensure your time with them is perfect. They offer a comfortable, complimentary on-call shuttle service to the train station or into the quaint town of Levanto. The complimentary breakfast has a broad offering of delicious foods (eggs, a variety of meats, fruits, yogurt, breads and pastries… and the best coffee we have had in our travels). The hotel and air-conditioned rooms are spotless, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The beautiful pool with bar is so refreshing to cool off and unwind after the chaos of Cinque Terre, or just spend a day relaxing. We also had the unexpected delight of dining one evening at the hotel restaurant. The meal and dessert were excellent and Fabio was our favorite server of our two weeks in Italy. Our family enjoyed the more layer-back atmosphere of Levanto/Park Hotel Argento, especially after being in Florence and busy Cinque Terre, a very nice respite. We cannot recommend Park Hotel Argento enough. Thank you Carlo and staff for a wonderful stay!!
clean and the pool was great after walking around all day!
Overall, one of the nicest stays I’ve had stayed in general. The property is immaculate. The pool and gardens were lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and included! Shuttle to town or train was super helpful. Quick train ride to all of the Cinque Terre villages. If I have the chance to return to CT, I will stay here! Oh, and if you have a car, free parking! Easy to get to.
Overall this is a great hotel. Clean and spacious rooms, comfy bed, fantastic amenities with the pool, sauna, spa and mood showers. Incredible view of the valley from the pool area.
The breakfast is great and the breakfast room looks out over the valley.
The dinner offered at the onsite restaurant is impeccable.
Free shuttle bus to and from hotel from early morning through to 11pm. Location is at the top of the hill so you’ll want to use the shuttle service - although the shortcut walk is fun and scenic, if not fairly steep and sweaty during the summer.
The staff is friendly and helpful. Really lovely team.
There are some features that don’t quite feel 4-star and the accommodation cost may be a little high but despite this, it was a super place to stay. As a solo traveler it might not be ideal but you’ll love it if you’re a couple, friends or family. The town of Levanto is quaint and gorgeous as a base to explore the Cinque Terre. Be sure to book a sunset boat cruise of the Cinque Terre while you’re here.
Amazing location, friendly staff, incredible amenities, delicious drinks and unforgettable views.
The staff at the hotel were very helpful and always willing to do whatever was needed to make our stay more enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed the pesto making class as well as the cocktail making class. The hotel is the perfect place to stay, one of the reasons is because it's so close to the town of Levento.I highly recommend a stay at this hotel.
The staff and property are five star. The breakfast buffet is exceptional. The spa and pool area are beautiful. Frankie at the front desk was very informative on activities to do in the area. This is the only property to stay at when visiting Cinque Terra. You want to stay in Levanto which has many shops, restaurants and beach compared to the Cinque Terra cities which are overcrowded. Many thanks to the general manager and his staff.
Great location
It's difficult to find the words to describe this amazing Hotel. All the people that work there are polite, professional and good humoured. I was treated like one of the family from the first moment that I arrived and felt very emotional when leaving especially a week later when I was given a present, which I will be cooking to celebrate my daughters homecoming from University next month. Forgive me for not remembering all the names and anyone I miss. Frankie on reception is a charming young man who will always help with the fullest enthusiasm and a smile as does the young girl learning English so well and the Argentinian lady. Carlos (alright mate :)) is a great person as well as a Manager. The Restaurant Manager, (and his pride in his fathers Vinyl record collection),the waiter who used to be a cook on a ferry visiting Morocco etc.The waitress who works just as hard on her days off ;) The hotel chef who takes great pride in his cooking (which is delicious) and who started off at a very young age.
Cleaners, shuttle drivers, gardeners all naturally friendly. The hotel itself is full of charm and is situated in an ideal location for walking, cycling or by train and by car. It is set high up above the town with magnificent views and with wonderful gardens all around (the roses are abundant). The rooms are large and kept spotlessy clean.
To summerise,I have travelled to many countries and stayed in many hotels from 3 to 5 Star and this one has to be one of the very best if not the best. I miss the staff and the hotel. Tornerò.Che tu possa essere sempre felice

The hotel is very well located. Its a first class hotel. Great roo, service, and friendliness. A great chef restaurant as well. Worth every penny as they say.
This was our first visit to Cinq Terre, and this was the best place to stay. Location wise, it is very close to the train station and they the most accommodating shuttle service.
The hotel is in a most beautiful setting, large rooms, king size beds (rare in Europe), nicely heated outdoor pool and sauna.
However the best part of this hotel is the service and warm accommodating staff. Freddi, Rossane cannot do enough for you. The same is true in the dining room (shout out to Jovanne, I believe that’s her name), they too were sooooo nice, worrying and seeing to our every dietary need.
We are definitely coming again!
