Beautiful setting, lovely staff, great facilities, and we wished we had booked longer.
Pros:

The welcome was lovely, breakfast was delicious and I loved the approach to fresh fruit and vegetables - always plentiful but done in a sustainable way - the pool is wonderful and the views are stunning - the shuttle bus was a game changer - a gem.

Cons:

Showers over a bath are not my first choice - but there was plenty of room - I would update to regular showers - but appreciate some guests like a bath, and I didn't enquire - it may be some rooms have regular showers.

At de på naborommet siste kvelden røykte ute på terrassen - det var ikke mulig for oss å sitte ute, eller ha døren oppe.

Pros:

Alle nødvendige og ønskelige fasiliteter, rolig og fin beliggenhet, rent alle steder, super frokost og utrolig hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Flott utgangspunkt for å besøke Cinque Terre-området. Anbefales!

Fantastiskt boende i vacker miljö

Utmärkt frukost. Servicen mycket bra
Härligt poolområde och SPA
Fin restaurang- lite dyr

Cons:

Betona gärna dina allergier. Fick måltid som jag inte tålde trots att jag hade meddelat servitören detta.
Saknade bemanning vid poolen på kvällen efter 17.00

Super hotel für 5terre Besuch
Pros:

Super shuttle-service! Sehr freundliche Fahrer. Man ruft an und sie kommen in kürzester Zeit.

Cons:

Etwas lächerlich ist es, bei diesem Preis, dass man beim Frühstück für eiergerichte extra zahlen muss.

Fint hotell, litt utenfor sentrum.
Pros:

Hyggelige ansatte og veldig god service. Pent hotellområde, praktisk med egen shuttlebuss siden hotellet ligger et stykke unna sentrum. Bra utvalg på frokostbuffet og mulighet til å bestille fra meny i tillegg.

Cons:

Shuttlebussen tok ikke så mange personer av gangen, så det ble en del venting. Dusjen var veldig trang og temperaturen på vannet var vanskelig å regulere. Det er lett å brenne seg hvis man kommer borti temperaturreguleringen. Stømmen og aircondition på rommet levde sitt eget liv og slo seg av og på uten at vi rørte noe.

Hervorragendes Hotel mit schönem Ambiente. Ausgezeichnete Küche und sehr gutes Frühstück.
Pros:

Das Hotel bietet ein schönes Ambiente und man genießt einen tollen Weitblick. Der Parkplatz ist einfach zu erreichen und verfügt über genügend Plätze. Die Poolanlage ist sehr geplegt und es gibt eine Poolbar. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Cuisine ist ausgezeichnet und bietet überwiegend regionale Spezialitäten an. Der kostenlose Shuttle-Service ist außerdem ein zusätzliches Plus. Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Der Aufenthalt war zu kurz.

Terrible sleep and very overpriced

The property was clean

Cons:

Our room had a banging noise that seemed to be within the walls and was intermittent (every 5-10 minutes) and was like someone banging on the unit door. The pool wasn’t a great as the pictures made out and the breakfast was only okay and you had to pay for any special omelette or cooked breakfast. The the very high price that this hotel charges for accommodation compared to the rest of Levanto we expected a lot more.

Excellent séjour et parfait point de départ vers les villages des cinque terre
