We stayed in the hotel just for hours, we checked in today but we have been impressed by the lifeguards the way he treated us, was amazing. I think his name is Alamin Lifeguard from kenya such a jovial, helpful and very entertaining person we had.

This hotel gave us an unforgettable stay! Special thanks to Ali from room service — his kindness and effort truly made our days brighter. Thank you so much!

Ali is amazing staff. He was very helpful, kind and considerate. He is the best. And we really look forward to coming back again. We really appreciate his amazing wonderful work. He is the most hardworking person I know of

An excellent hotel, great location and amazing staff.
We were assigned this hotel as part of a package holiday, and were nervous as to what it might be like.
Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised, the entrance, whilst a little dated, was clean and well maintained. The reception staff were very professional and welcoming.
Our check-in time was 14:00, but our flight landed at 05:00 and we were expecting to have to wait in reception many hours before getting our room; however we were offered breakfast and by the time we had eaten, our room was ready.

Being a low cost package deal, we were not expecting too much from the room ….. we were very surprised when we were given a beautiful corner suite. The room facilities were amazing, the room clean and very quiet.

The only “complaint” we had was how cold the room was and how ineffective the heating cycle of the A/C was.

Breakfast was amazing, great choices, very good quality and very tasty.

If we visit Qatar again, this is the place we will stay.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel was shockingly dirty and poorly maintained, to the point where it felt unhygienic and uncomfortable to stay in. The bed pillows were visibly dirty, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness and whether anything in the room was actually cleaned properly.

Things got worse when we requested a blanket. The blanket arrived stained, and unbelievably, the stain was obvious enough that it was even written on the bag of the blanket itself. Sending a guest a stained blanket—while being fully aware of it—is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of basic hygiene standards.

On top of that, the staff attitude was extremely unprofessional. When I politely asked for additional teabags and toothbrushes, the employee responded with a flat “no”, without explanation, apology, or any effort to help. When I asked again, he didn’t speak at all—he simply shook his head. That level of rudeness and indifference toward guests is shocking for any hotel, regardless of its rating.

Overall, the hotel was dirty, and poorly managed. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere that values cleanliness, basic courtesy, and respect for guests—this hotel does none of those.

This is our second time staying at this hotel, and once again it was a great experience. The staff were very welcoming and professional, especially the reception team, who were always helpful and friendly. Room service was excellent, fast, and well-organized special thanks to Mr.Nurul who takecare of our room . Overall, the service quality made our stay comfortable and enjoyable, and we would definitely choose this hotel again.

The front desk staff was nice and friendly, and the room itself was good. However, the sea view was somewhat compromised, as it only showed a corner of the beach and was mostly blocked by the Hilton Doha building area. The washroom had a very strong unpleasant smell when I first arrived. It did improve after some time, but initially it was very difficult to use. The restaurant staff was a bit rude. I asked if my home-cooked meal could be warmed, and I was told they did not have such a facility. In all my hotel experiences, this was the first time I learned that a hotel might not have a microwave. Overall, it was just an average experience.

Ali is so beautiful cleaner , we don’t have any problems with this guy , this is so good. We have any time a clear rooms , with clear towel and bed zone

We were very satisfied with our stay. The manager, Mr. Nurbul, made us very happy by upgrading the room for my family, which we truly appreciated.
All rooms were clean, and I would especially like to praise Mr. Nurul, who took great care of our room 919.

The hotel offers an excellent value for money and is located in a perfect area close to the beach, which is free to access when staying at this hotel.
We would gladly stay here again.

Best hotel in Qatar and Alamin lifeguard was so friendly, very humble and very useful to us in the pool deck, room 1310. Next year I will definitely visit Qatar and stay again

I had a great experience at the Retaj el Rayyan hotel in Doha. The restaurant Manager Azahim was very attentive and professional, my wife had a little issue and he went above and beyond apologizing… since that tiny problem he regularly checked on us endured that everything was always ok… his dedication and friendly approach made the whole stay better. I want to thank Noor as well who was very polite and welcoming as well helping us with luggage’s, thank you for the house keeping on the 16th floor ( which I forgot the name 😞) that kept the room spotless and comfortable during all my stay….and last but not least my thanks go to Mourad who was an important pawn in this trip since he gave us precious informations about the country, place to go things to do and all the hotel amenities.
The Retaj el Rayyan hotel exceeded all my expectations from the warm hospitality to the immaculate facilities, every details reflected exceptional quality!!!
I look forward to returning soon.

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel Retaj el Rayyan thanks to the reception team … in particular Mourad was extremely welcoming and always smiling. He’s attention to details, he’s warm attitude truly made a difference. He assisted us with a little issue we had with kindness that made our stay even better. Furthermore Mourad shared with us multiple information about were to go, what to do and about the country as well. He explained the hotel amenities with great professionalism …We really appreciated the service !!!!

The weather was perfect sunny days
I was here for the F1 GP Qatar, I enjoy a lot the race and the international circuit was deferent than others, and of. Course MAX win the QATAR GP

Плюсов больше, чем минусов.
Идеальное расположение отеля (близко пляж, метро и молл), нормальные номера, завтрак и ужин (обед) очень хорошие для 4*. Мыло, крем, шампунь, гель для душа и множество дополнений всегда в номере. 2-2,5 литра питьевой воды бесплатно ежедневно. Очень доброжелательный персонал на ресепшене. Номер убирал Jhalak - ему оценка 5/5.
Минусов мало, но они есть — в ресторане нет чайных ложек — десерт вынуждены есть столовой ложкой или большой вилкой, салфетка на завтрак — одна штука на человека, нужна вторая — проси у официанта. Детская кроватка — всего 95-100 см в длину! В кроватку кладут взрослую подушку 50*70 см и взрослое одеяло! Пришлось заказать дополнительную кровать для ребенка 3,5 лет.
Взрослый бассейн маленький и очень холодный в ноябре — 22-23°(?) В море температура воды 25-26° и там намного теплее.
