Pros:

Schone kamers, locatie goed. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Het hotel vangt vluchtelingen op. Deze mensen zaten op dezelfde gangen/ verdiepingen als de hotelgasten. Dit is niet prettig omdat er veel geluidsoverlast was van schreeuwende en huilende kinderen. Het ontbijt was goed maar werd niet direct aangevuld als iets op was.

Worst stay, no service, not worth the money you pay.
Pros:

Only some of the people working there are nice, other than that, I liked nothing in the hotel.

Cons:

The hotel room is way less than average.
The bathroom looks like a prison bathroom.

I booked during the heatwave because it stated they have airconditioning. It worked the first night, then the other two nights it seems they turned it off, and I was given a fan!

With the price I paid I would have stayed in very nice hotel in Barcelona with SERVICE.

The hotel doesn’t have service, no food service to the room, they don’t even have a phone in the rooms.

If you need towels after 5, go grab them yourself from the reception!

The hotel is very old.

The restaurant chairs are very old and dirty with stains. Same for the carpets in the hotel.

This was a complete disaster

We arrived at the hotel at 10:45 PM. The first room we were given had no door handle, so we couldn’t even open the door. The staff spent until around 11:20 PM trying to find us another room.

The second room they offered had only one bed, even though we had clearly requested two separate beds both when making the reservation and again at reception during check-in. After we explained that this was unacceptable, we were moved to a third room.

The third room was no better. The “two separate beds” were actually one standard bed and one small child’s bed, as shown in the photos. This is completely unacceptable.

The problems didn’t end there. There wasn’t even hand soap in the bathroom, there was only one towel, and there was no hairdryer. I had to go back down to reception again to request these basic amenities.

We were finally able to settle into our room at around 11:45 PM.

The room was nothing like the one advertised during booking. It looked as if it hadn’t been updated since the 1940s. We had driven a very long distance and were extremely tired, yet instead of being able to rest, we had to spend an hour dealing with one problem after another.

Just when we thought we could finally get some proper sleep, another problem started during the night. The air conditioner began dripping water onto the floor, and we had to put a trash bin underneath it to catch the leaks. By that point, we were so exhausted and disappointed that we didn’t even have the energy to report it to the reception. It was a terrible night. I’m writing this at 5:00 a.m.

This experience was completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Voor een nachtje overbrugging prima
Pros:

Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk! Het hotel is goed bereikbaar en het was netjes schoon.

Cons:

De kamers en het hotel zelf zijn wat gedateerd. Er waren net voldoende handdoeken, er was alleen douchegel andere toiletartikelen moest je apart halen. Het ontbijt is oké maar ook niet heel uitgebreid.
