Très mauvais séjour dans cet hôtel qui ne répond pas aux normes basiques d’un hôtel catégorisé !!!

Fijn verblijf
Pros:

Goede bedden, de badkamer was ruim en zeer proper. Ik had een microgolf, wat zeer handig was. Het restaurant had zeer lekker eten.

Cons:

De ramen konden niet open wat een benauwd gevoel gaf 's nachts. Je kon bijna alles wat in de gang gebeurde horen. Ook was de wifi niet zeer goed...
De parking was niet heel duidelijk aangeduid.

Mooie hotel .Vriendelijke personeel. OV om de hoek.
Pros:

Ontbijt is voorsteffeijk. Alles wat wij wilden eten
was er gewoon. Top, koffie en thee faciliteiten op de kamer zelfs een strijkijzer is er. Ook een top locatie.
Met de trein is het hotel binnen een paar minuutjes te bereiken. Met de tram of bus ben je zo in Den Haag.

Cons:

Ik had een mooie uitzicht verwacht, geen hoge gebouwen tegen over ons. Dat was wel jammer.

Pros:

Super schone kamer!!! Heerlijk ontbijt en een fantastisch bed. Met kussens die als nieuw waren. Wij waren echt onder de indruk van de hoge kwaliteit en hygiëne.

Kamer was schoon wel aan de kleine kant .

Cons:

Wij wilde graag eten maar was geen mogelijkheid voor warm eten of ontbijt .
We werden in een kamer gezet en naast ons was een gezin met kinderen en een baby . Dus rustig was het zeker niet .

Very nice hotel in a great location and wonderful friendly staff to include security.
Pros:

I love the staff at the hotel, especially Aya. She was very nice and kind to me and helped me so much in finding my way around Holland. Always greeted me with a smile and called me by my name. Super employee who deserves a pay raise.

Cons:

First room was always cold. Don't know the exact temperature of the room but had to get a room change because the room heater wouldn't heat the room.
