Pros:

The hotel is close to bus, and train stations which is a good thing because there is nothing to do, or see nearby. The 19 euro breakfast buffet was decent, and so was the coffee machine . Also, the staff was professional, and able to answer question about the area.

Cons:

The hotel is hosting refugees, and isn't as clean as it should be. This was definitely not a 4 star hotel, it was more like a 2.5 to 3 star hotel

Hotel confortavel, staff simpatico, razoavel relação preço/qualidade e bom pequeno almoço.

Quartos espaçoso, bom pequeno almoço, staff simpatico.

Cons:

O hotel necessita de manutenção profunda para manter o nivel de 4 estrelas. Tudo esta um pouco gasto, como pinturas, alcatifas, pavimentos em madeira e tectos com falta de pintura. O hotel foi parcialmente ocupado por migrantes. Apesar de não causar qualquer incomodo, não me parece uma boa opção comercial.

Prima voor een nacht, maar er kan nog veel worden verbeterd.
Pros:

Ruime kamers, personeel bij het ontbijt was erg vriendelijk. Bedden waren comfortabel. In de buurt van wat restaurantjes en de snelweg dus makkelijk te bereiken.

Cons:

Ontbijt werd opnieuw opgewarmd van de vorige dag. Zoals de pannenkoeken, die waren hard en zaten aan elkaar vast. Goed om niet teveel te verspillen maar dan kan er beter worden ingeschat hoeveel er gemaakt moet worden. Ook was er veel lawaai op de gang van de deuren en trappenhuis. Handdoeken op kamer waren heel random, wij hadden 1 grote en meerdere kleintjes.

Pros:

De kamer. Was ruim, een klein kitchenette aanwezig. Zeer goede bedden en ruime badkamer.
De restaurantkeuken was top alsook het ontbijt op zich.

Cons:

Het zitcomfort bij het ontbijt / restaurant. Er waren eigenlijk enkel hoge krukken voorzien.
Er stond wat verder wel een tafel met gewone stoelen maar je had daar niet echt privacy of rust. Voor een hotel dat zich als hondvriendelijk profileert vond ik het jammer dat de hond niet in het echte restaurantgedeelte toegelaten werd( zat in afgesloten buggy)
Je kan geen raam openzetten in je kamer.
Ik mistte een aftrekker in de douche, er is geen douchescherm dus de hele badkamer wordt nat...het zou handig zijn dat je het overtollige water kon wegtrekken.
Het hotel vangt ook vluchtelingen op. Op zich heb ik daar geen problemen mee maar dat maakt het hotel wat drukker en rumoeriger.

Pros:

The place is good and reasonable but even double rooms are only for one person. If you are 2 people in the room it is not convenient.

Cons:

I forgot one of my equipment in the room. I didnt call them to say I forgot something in the room thinking they should have some place to keep them for some time. I went back to Rijswijk after 3 months, I went to the hotel and told I forgot something but they couldn't find it. They said I should have called. Don't know what difference does it make if I call or not. They should have stored it anycase.

Wir mögen helle Räume und daher würde ich dort nicht wieder buchen
Pros:

Personal zuvorkommend und freundlich. Betten wie neu. Schlaf war wunderbar, das ist für uns die Hauptsache. Klimaanlage kann man selbst einstellen oder ausschalten, sehr gut. Hotelparkplatzgebuehr sehr günstig.

Cons:

Zimmergestaltung mit dunklem Holz. Ist halt Geschmackssache. Fruestuecksraum ohne Fenster aber grusszuegig offen gestaltet.

Letto molto comodo, parcheggio interno

Cons:

Non si può dire che è un 4 *, da considerare un 3* in quanto se non richiesto, non viene pulito, in bagno solo un tipo di sapone, nessin shampoo, condizionatore, ecc. Bicchieri tutti in plastica. Da mia esperienza, assolutamente non si può dire che é un 4*. Inoltre, troppo lontano dal centro di The Rague.

großes, klimatisiertes Zweibett-Zimmer mit Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher + Mikrowelle; günstiger Hotel-eigener Parkplatz; 24 h - Rezeption.

Cons:

Trotz Mikrowelle fehlen Geschirr + Besteck (mit Ausnahme von Pappbechern).

The room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the room was perfectly acceptable in terms of basic cleanliness and comfort.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was far below what I expected from a 4-star hotel, especially considering that I paid €363.16 for three nights.

I specifically chose this hotel because I am currently recovering and therefore needed a hotel where I could rely on room service. Unfortunately, despite the hotel's own information stating that room service is available from 18:00–21:00, there was no room service during my stay. The restaurant was also not operating.

This is particularly frustrating because room service was one of the reasons I chose this hotel in the first place.

The room itself was fine, but I expected a better-equipped bathroom from a 4-star hotel. There were no basic toiletries such as shampoo or a toothbrush. The "minibar" was also not really a minibar in the room; only a very limited selection of snacks was available for purchase AT RECEPTION.

The biggest problem, however, was the general atmosphere of the hotel. The corridors and common areas often felt run-down and sometimes unpleasant-smelling. During my stay, the hotel was also clearly being used to accommodate asylum seekers/refugees alongside regular paying hotel guests. I want to stress that my criticism is not about people's nationality or background. It is about the overall hotel environment and how it affects the experience of paying guests.

I personally did not feel particularly unsafe, but I can understand why some guests might.

For €363.16 for three nights and a hotel advertised as 4-star, I expected a considerably better overall experience. A clean and comfortable room alone does not make this feel like a 4-star hotel.

4 Tage in den Haag
Pros:

Die Frühstücksauswahl war lecker und reichlich. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war modern und komfortabel eingerichtet.

Cons:

Der Fahrradparkplatz war sehr voll mit vielen Rädern, die auch nicht mehr genutzt wurden oder zu nutzen taugen. Das Treppenhaus machte einen sehr schmuddeligen Eindruck.
