Castletown House Apartments

Mark was very kind to meet us for check-in and even helped carry our cases upstairs. Flat is very well equipped, and everything works as it should. Very clean too. The location is excellent - a stone's throw from the West Kensington tube and about 5 minutes walk from Barons Court (on the Piccadilly line for direct access to Kings Cross and LHR). Lots of small supermarkets and places to eat / take away nearby. On a nice quiet street. Even if some of the fixtures could be updated, this flat has so many good points we didn't mind. Thank you.

Great apartment with amenities. Excellent location and easily walkable to transportation and Tube stop. Mark was very helpful and prompt in responding to us. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved it. Very spacious studio with separate kitchen space. Close to the tube and great family-owned restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

That we didnt make painment in advance we will leave as soon as possible. I really dont get for what property receive 8,8 marks? The bed desperately need new mattress. General cleaning. Only good things is near tube station, realy near.

Our second time here. Great location - close to tube and city and great facilities in the unit.

We had to be moved to to mold in the apartment. We had the first night. The second apartment was on the second floor while they were working in the hallway and lower apartment. It was better, but not anywhere near what was expected. Still very musty smelling And I am assuming the mold was removed prior to our arrival.

We had a great stay at Castletown House Apartments. The owner is friendly and accommodating, he assisted us with our luggage, explained how to use the equipment and was available throughout our stay. It’s an excellent location too, close to the tube, shops, eating and drinking places and tourist attractions. We’d gladly stay again. Many thanks.

The place gave a thorough immersion to living in London ‘burbs. Mark and his family were super accommodating and provided personalized service at the check in. There was a booking conflict which was resolved very quickly and favorably to us. Our vacation was exactly as we expected.

The apartment is very convenient in terms of travel since it is situated very close to the underground and bus stop. There were shops around the block to buy things such as water and food. Mark is also accomodating and allowed us to check in early. Overall a convenient location for our return trip to London.

Mark, manager/coordinator was very helpful and kind to us during our stay there. Also, on the day of our departure he looked after our bags outside the apartment until we picked them in the afternoon. Moreover, he helped us for booking a UBER and loading our bags into the car.

I've experienced a true customer satisfaction at this place.

Traveled during summer month and without air apartment got warm. I would stay again but not during the summer months. The manager was always there to offer assistance.

The kitchen and laundry are super convenient for someone thats doing long term vacation. The area seemed safe and pretty quiet. But 30 mins away from city center.

Great location. Steps away from West Kensington underground and 7minute walk to Baron Court to catch the Piccadilly Line from LHR. Steps away from Restaurants and coffee shops. Would stay here again.

Owner was extremely helpful, helped us with a problem on our booking. Perfect area, very safe. Not the newest looking place but well kept

Mark was an excellent host and the apartment was a great value. Apartment is sized for two. We were a party of 3. We brought a small 14 year old who slept on roll out bed. When bed was open, the apartment was tight. Liked that apartment was equipped with adapters for US electronics and usB charging in bedroom. Getting to either district subway or Picadilly line was easy. Many groceries and restaurants in near by area. The apartment was a nice way to spend a week in London. Appreciated kitchen and laundry facilities.

Lovely stay, fantastic location, balcony was amazing and owner couldn't do enough to help, will be back!
