Nice place, but staff may need more training
Pros:

The hotel had good standard facilities as you would expect from something in this price range. Breakfast was good

Cons:

Communication was disjointed. When I booked I was told the restaurant was not open for dinner on Sunday; when we got there we were asked if we would have dinner there (I had already booked elsewhere because of the previous statement).
We were told checkin was at 2pm but when we arrived our room wasn’t ready in spite of the hotel seeming to be largely empty.
We were told that organising a taxi to dinner would not be an issue; when the time came no taxi was available and the hotel could not suggest an alternative plan.
The above are small things but taken together reduced our enjoyment of our stay and our rating of the hotel.

Sniadanie bylo ewidentnie najslabszym elementem - jajecznica z proszku, niewielki wybor warzyw, bardzo ograniczone menu na cieplo. Bez mozliwosci domowienia omletu, jajek na miekko, etc.

המיקום המדהים. האחוזה היפה באמצע הכרמים.עיצוב וינטאז' אבל מתקנים חדישים.לא הפריע להם שנהיה בבריכה כל היום גם אחרי הצ'ק אאוט.מסבירי פנים. היינו שם ביום ראשון והחלטנו גם לחזור ברביעי.לדתיים, זה 5 דקות מקערסטיר ככה שיש גם מניינים.

Ein ungeschliffener Diamant
Pros:

Das Hotel ist ein Kleinod in wunderschöner Lage. Die Anlage ist weitläufig und ansprechend, der Pool groß. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Hotel. Geräumige Zimmer, modernes, großes Bad, gute Betten.

Cons:

Das Potential des Hotels wird nicht ansatzweise genutzt. Es wird nur verwaltet, aber nicht gestaltet. Es mangelt an Leidenschaft und Gastgebertum. Für jedes Getränk, jeden Gefallen muss man nachfragen. Keine Bar im Haus. Das Personal ist zu großen Teilen ungelernt, spricht kaum englisch. Das Frühstück ist nur mies zu nennen-kaum Auswahl, es wird nicht nachgelegt, schlechte Qualität der Produkte. Möchte man nicht im sehr ungemütlichen Speisesaal essen, muss man sich selbst auf der Terrasse decken- immerhin das darf man. Es wird sich nicht an Absprachen gehalten, deshalb bekommen vegetarischen/veganen Gäste bei einem Festessen nur eine Gemüsesuppe als Hauptspeise. Die Picknickkörbe für die 16 köpfige Festgesellschaft werden nicht vom Hotel zur Kapelle gebracht und dort aufgebaut, darum muss man sich selbst kümmern. Ungepflegte Liegen am Pool, unaufgeräumtes Poolhaus. Baden erst ab 10 Uhr gestattet - weil vorher keine Aufsicht da ist. Die Aufsicht besteht aus jungen Frauen, die Handtücher und Getränke ausgeben, aber bestimmt keine Rettungsschwimmerinnen sind.

Pros:

Der Park mit dem Baumbestand und der Pool darin und das dazugehörende Weingut waren die Höhepunkte. Gut ist auch das die Rezeption 24/7 besetzt ist und auf die Wünsche der Gäste zuvorkommend reagiert. Die Führung druchs Weingut mit Weinprobe war empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Der Service unmotiviert und während des Essens obwohl für das Event zwei Servicekräfte parat waren, war länger Phasen niemand greifbar für Mundschank oder Bestellungen. Die Küche hat gegen die bisherigen Erfahrungen ebenso ein sehr lieblose Leistung erbracht.. Das Frühstücksbuffet war zudem auch glanzlos. Vieles nicht mehr frisch. Der Kaffeeautomat schlecht und es konnte nichts frisch bestellt werde. Die Küche während des Frühstückes war einfach nicht willens etwas einfaches zu liefern. Noch nicht mal ein gekochtes Ei auf anfrage. Im Zimmer 110 waren die Wassermischbatterien und der Wasserdruck nicht in Ordnung was wir in eben diesem Zimmer schon beim letztjährigen Besuch reklamiert hatten

Hotel, ktorý nespĺňa štandard 4*

- veľmi pekné prostredie v okolí hotela
- dobrá lokalita

UPOZORNENIE PRE VŠETKÝCH: hotel má v okolí bazéna premnožené osy, je ich tam extrémne veľa, až tak že vám znemožňujú vstup do bazéna. Preto ak sa bojíte alebo mávate alergické reakcie po bodnutí osou, tento hotel Vám rozhodne neodporúčame. Hotel sme si vybrali práve kvôli tomu aby sme si tieto horúce dni užili pri bazéne, to však nebolo možné kvôli spomínanému problému. Žiadali sme personál hotela tento problém odstrániť, no niekoľko hodín sa nič nedialo. neskôr po komunikácii s vedením hotela sa nám podarilo vyjednať kompenzáciu, no spomínaný problém neboli schopní odstrániť ani do konca nášho pobytu. V popise vybavenia hotela sú uvedené plážové slnečníky, no pri bazéne žiadne slnečníky nenájdete. Odpoveď vedenia hotela na to, prečo pri bazéne slnečníky nie sú, bola: “lebo sú polámané”. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤣 Sprchy pri wellnesse sú v dezolátnom stave.
Chodby, schodisko okolo výťahu a priestor v okolí bazéna sú špinavé a nepozametané. Personál pri bazéne a wellness centre sa skrýva a o nič sa poriadne nestará.
Pri príchode na izbu sme v posteli pod plachtou našli vysušený hmyz. V tomto prípade, hotel zareagoval promptne a izbu nám vymenil. Na novej izbe nás však čakali pavučiny a traja obrovský pavúci.
Je smutné, že tento pekný kaštieľ v takomto nádhernom prostredí je dehonestovaný nedbanlivou a odfláknutou prácou personálu, ktorí to má mať na starosti. Cena nezodpovedá poskytovaným službám.
