Muy confortable y agradable estancia
Pros:

La ubicación que permite llegar a diferentes lugares fácilmente

Pros:

Clean comfortable room good breakfast walking distance to restaurants and transportation.

Cons:

We arrived on President inaugural ceremony weekend, wasnt aware of this event. It was hard to get Uber since multiple streets were blocked. And evening it can be Lil sketchy if your by yourself.

Pros:

Limpio, amabilidad del personal de aseo, recepción.

Cons:

Habitación 421 baño se filtra el agua en el sector de la ducha, quedando todo inundando, teniendo que secar con la toalla de los pies en 3 oportunidades. Además, la ducha tapada y se rebalsa la ducha y genera filtración por todo lados.

Luz del dormitorio en mal estado ( sector ventanal)

Mala señal de la TV (se corta) y los canales no se ven con buena resolución.

Precio v/s calidad en esta oportunidad, siempre me alojo en el Hotel Panamericano. Pero en esta oportunidad, mal experiencia y lo informe en recepción.

Excelente estadía en el centro de Santiago
Pros:

Excelente hotel, habitaciones cómodas y seguras. Baño bien equipado y además, la atención es excelente. El desayuno es fabuloso, con una amplia variedad de comida y bebidas. Café muy bueno y además, tiene una máquina dispensora de agua gasificada. Las comidas extra son buenas y generosas en caso de que se quiera hacer uso del restaurant ubicado en el segundo piso. Todo bien!

Cons:

Tal vez se podría incluir shampoo en los baños ya que el gel a veces no es lo mismo.
