Pros:

Me parece que el hotel es muy funcional para ir a trabajar o hacer trámites en Santiago porque está cerca de todas las reparticiones públicas y además de estar ubicado cerca de lugares emblemáticos, el personal el amable y a un muy buen precio

Buena relación precio-calidad
Pros:

Habitación amplia y cómodo, desayuno variado y personal muy amable.

Cons:

Falta un poco más de aseo profundo en el baño, ya que las paredes estaban sucias.
La última noche hicieron aseo en el piso de arriba desde las 23 a las 01 am por lo cual no pude descansar bien por el ruido de muebles y aspiradores.

Hotel cómodo en el centro de Santiago
Pros:

El desayuno es muy bueno, lo más completo que he visto en el último tiempo, realmente me sorprendió por la variedad. La habitación amplia y cómoda, buena cama, mobiliario adecuado. Poco ruido, Hotel en muy buenas condiciones, personal amable. Tienen un servicio para guardar las maletas el día de salida, sin costo, lo que se agradece mucho. Sin duda volveré a este hotel.

Cons:

SI bien es un buen hotel y recomendable, hay ciertos detalles. Al llegar me asignaron una habitación que al ingresar estaba sucia, desordenada y hasta con el carro de limpieza adentro, así que tuve que esperar que me la cambiaran. Ya en la nueva, si bien estaba limpia, el aseo tenía algunos detalles menores. No había plancha ni tabla de planchar, lo que es importante para quienes viajamos por trabajo. Finalmente poner atención porque el acceso no es por la calle Teatinos, sino por el pasaje que está a mitad de la cuadra. En cualquier caso volveré a este hotel.

Quarto espaçoso, cama confortável, banheiro com ótimo chuveiro.

Nos finais de semana, a região fica um pouco mais vazia, por ser o centro da cidade e muitos estabelecimentos estarem fechados.
