Komme gern wieder
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, man ist schnell in der Loipe.
Ich bin zum wiederholten Mal in diesem gastlichen Haus und komme gern wieder.

Cons:

Dieses Mal war die Lage des Zimmers nicht ideal.

Das Hotel ist gut, das Personal zum Teil sehr unprofessionell

Das Zimmer war schön, das Essen gut, die Lage auch.
Unsere Tochter hatte Geburtstag und wir bekamen an dem Tag Sekt vom Haus spendiert.

Cons:

Es hat uns gar nicht gefallen, dass wir nicht anstandlos beim Einchecken schon die Karte für die freie Fahrt mit dem Bus und Liftkarte für die Kinder bekommen haben. Das erst nach 3 Tagen, als meine Tochter bemerkte, dass das eigentlich imPreis mit drin war und wir das aber schon 2 Tage aus unserer Tasche bezahlt hatten. (natürlich kein Geld davon zurück!)
Bei Beschwerde sagte der Mann in der Rezeption, wir hätten ja nicht danach gefragt!
Dabei werben sie bei booking.com damit. Gut, vielleicht war es mein Fehler, weil ich das vergessen hatte, aber ich finde, die Rezeption müsste den Gästen beim Einchecken alles geben, was die gebucht haben!
Beim Personal müsste noch viel getan werden, dass da alles klappt!, Das ist leider teilweise sehr unprofessionell. Schade, weil das Hotel und die Eigentümer wirklich gut sind

Der Hausgeist! Das Personal ist aufmerksam, unkompliziert und zugänglich. Obwohl einige nicht gut Deutsch sprechen, ist die Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals spürbar. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.
