Nagyon kedves volt mindenki. Szép tisztaság volt mindenhol. Volt bicikli tároló, parkoló. A reggeli választékos volt. Segítőkészen álltak mindenhez.

Wij zijn niet gebleven omdat het hotel absoluut niet zo mooi is als op de foto`s

Ik had dit hotel geboekt op basis van de foto's en met name vanwege het bad. Op de foto's ziet het hotel er prachtig uit, maar in werkelijkheid viel het enorm tegen.

Bij aankomst vroegen we ons zelfs af of we wel op de juiste plek waren. Het hotel ligt gewoon in een straat en heeft meer de uitstraling van een woonhuis dan van een hotel. Absoluut geen hotelgevoel.

We hebben daarom eerst gevraagd of we de kamer mochten bekijken. Daar stonden twee eenpersoonsbedden die helemaal uit elkaar stonden: één links en één rechts in de kamer. Vanuit het bed kon je bovendien zo de keuken inkijken. De badkamer was erg klein en het bad is naar onze mening vooral geschikt voor kinderen en niet voor volwassenen.

We hebben dit netjes aangegeven, omdat de accommodatie naar ons idee totaal niet overeenkwam met hoe deze op Booking.com wordt gepresenteerd. De eigenaresse werd gebeld en gaf aan dat het geen probleem was als wij naar een ander hotel wilden, ondanks dat we slechts 10 minuten voor aankomst hadden geboekt met een non-refundable tarief. We moesten de reservering hiervoor alleen via Booking.com annuleren.

Helaas zijn wij hierin goedgelovig geweest. Inmiddels wachten we nog steeds op ons geld terug en ook Booking.com lijkt hier helaas weinig aan te kunnen of willen doen.

Ons advies: rij 6 minuten verder. Daar vind je drie prachtige hotels met uitzicht op de bergen, schone en frisse kamers én ze zijn ook nog eens ongeveer €50 goedkoper.

Voor ons was dit helaas een grote teleurstelling en absoluut niet wat we op basis van de foto's en omschrijving hadden verwacht.
