Pros:

Die Lage ist total zentral Fußgängerzone in 5 min erreichbar, Betten sehr bequem, Personal sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr dunkel gehalten und die Einrichtung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen auf dem Zimmer was ich hatte.

Der junge Herr an der Reception war sehr freundlich, gab Tips und war uns beim Unterbringen der Fahrräder behilflich.

Cons:

Im Zimmer wirbelte der Staub umher. Im Bad war der Seifenspender leer.

Pros:

Das sehr freundliche Personal.
Ein stylisches , grosses Zimmer.
Zwar etwas dunkel gehalten aber stilvoll. Ebenfalls das Restaurant. Es ist im "Alt Bremer" Stil. Durchaus sehenswert.
Leider waren wir nur 1 Nacht dort, vor einer Kreuzfahrt. Aber gerne wieder.

Cons:

Während des Frühstücks galt die Aufmerksamkeit nicht immer dem Gast.
Da hätte mir ein Umherschauen gefallen.

Das Hotel hat ein sehr gute Lage, eine im Prinzip gute Ausstattung. Das Restaurant hat eine hohe Qualität bei den Speise

Die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten, der Komfort des Bettes, dass es eine echte Heizung im Bad gab. Eine geschmackvolle Einrichtung

Cons:

Wir haben ein Amenity Kit und Bodylotion auf dem Zimmer vermisst.
Der Service beim Frühstück war freundlich und sehr bemüht. Dennoch fehlten am Buffet aufgrund des hohen Gästeaufkommens häufig Dinge. Orangensaft gab es gar nicht.
Die Sauna wurde spät aufgewärmt und ein Handtuch ist ein bisschen zu wenig. Das kann nicht korrigiert werden, weil keine Handtücher ausliegen.
