Personale davvero super gentile e disponibile, la pulizia e' ai massimi livelli e la struttura e' molto bella e caratteristica. La posizione e' top, nel centro cittadino.
Quando si innaffiano le piante di sera tardi, si dovrebbe utilizzare un tubo senza il terminale a pressione, per evitare rumore inutile.
Alle 7.30 puntuali la colazione deve essere pronta e completa, incluse le uova calde.

La plage privée et son accès en petit train, la grande piscine et les transats . Les pizzas sont bonnes et la deco générale de l hotel. Il y a un musicien différent tous les soirs c est sympa.
La qualité du petit déjeuner , il y a beaucoup de choix mais ce n est pas bon. La chambre est tres primaire pour le prix, digne d un ibis pour presque 400€ la nuit avec vue parking!!la nourriture du restaurant n est pas terrible.
The property was so clean and so quiet it was like a sanctuary, beautiful well manicured, easy access via elevator to the rooms, breakfast, lobby, spa.
I loved how there was cucumber water available for us to replenish after we walked to the center. And there was always availability to have a snack, aperitivo, or bagged lunch to take with you if you were going to the beach. The staff were helpful and absolutely amazing.
I really appreciated how there was a massage therapist and expert esthetician available by appointment and she was so skilled and knowledgeable.
Breakfast buffet was plentiful, varied, healthy, if you needed gluten-free, if you need a protein, if you needed vegan, it was all available. Love the simple jazz music that played subtly on the ground and it was about 15 minute walk over the bridge to the historic center and castle entrance. I will definitely be back. Thank you!
It would’ve been great to have a pool or access to a pool because it was pretty hot and sticky and it really wasn’t walkable to the beach. Maybe there should’ve been signs for beach departure and the times and that could be arranged, but it shouldn’t have been something that we had to wonder about.

Location ottima, a due passi dal centro storico e dal castello di Otranto. Ottima anche la convenzione con il parcheggio privato a 100 metri dalla struttura.
Servizi e pulizia ok
Camera al piano terra leggermente umida dovuta alle pietre della struttura.
