Very hot weather during my stay, no fridge in room, my oversight when reading room description, but a fridge would have been useful. However, staff helpful and let me keep drinks in a fridge downstairs . My room was directly facing a very noisy road and due to hot weather needed my window open so kept me awake. In colder weather this wouldn’t be an issue .

It was quite hot in our room, and the bed was very squeaky.
We’ve stayed here a number of times, the hotel is always clean and tidy and the rooms comfortable.
The staff are always polite and helpful with the breakfast being excellent particularly considering the room rate.
The hotel is in an ideal location for venturing into Lyndhurst for food and drink with many pubs and restaurants.

Had an attic room. Lovely room but stairs not good for elderly like us.
Our stay was excellent, great location near loads of places to eat and drink, staff were amazingly friendly, room supper spacious and breakfast very good, OK the building is a little tied in places but such good value

The staff were friendly, the bedroom and public areas were clean. The breakfast was very nice, although there was limited choice.

Narrow, steep stairs with a fire door at top. Difficult to manoeuvre especially with luggage

Lovely, quirky guesthouse just off the high street in Lyndhurst. The rooms are bicycle-themed and mine was very clean and comfortable with everything you would need. Breakfast was excellent too.
