I had a good stay at the four seasons. For the location the hotel is ideal and has all the necessities you need. The gym area was very good. Will definitely be visiting again

Pros:

Rooms and beds need updating. No air conditioning or fans in the rooms. For over 300.00 dollars a night I expect a lot more.

Pros:

The staff were great, kind and helpful and check-in was easy. The room was OK, a bit basic with no fridge and the message was to drink water from the sink as it was filtered. We did notice some dirt under the curtains on the floor. Toilet flushing button was cracked but working.

We were staying for a wedding nearby so it was convenient. Room was quiet all night and we had the breakfast which was fine.

Pros:

Bed was comfortable but the whole property needs some updating. The breakfast was good, staff very friendly and accommodating, it just feels like the property on the whole is past its peak and it needs an overall renovation to bring it up to todays standards and aesthetic.

Great room but disappointing breakfast!!
Pros:

Lovely room, large comfy bed. Cleanliness excellent and a good sizes bathroom but not enough storage room for toiletries. Check-in was slow, only 1 person at reception. Breakfast was very very disappointing, not very tasty at all.

Had a poor experience at hotel. Staff, the unfriendliness people we met in Ireland. Noticed they were much more friendly to other guests. Called the hotel to see if we could order food to pick up from restaurant as we were checking in late right when restaurant was closing. They never bothered to return our call. They were still serving food when we checked in but would not serve us. They served a tour bus that arrived later (with pre prepared food). When asked where we could get carry out near by they were completely unhelpful. Small town you’d think they could make recommendations. Not for us. When I asked if the Indian place was any good they made it clear they did not like that kind of food. Did not provide directions. Manager on duty was mean, put off and unhelpful. The sink in room would not drain and was accordingly dirty. Room small. Breakfast included was very average. Not worth the price, bad value. Would never recommend this place.

Great hotel, location ideal for travelling from any direction. Room was comfortable, clean and well stocked with tea/coffee. We ate in the hotel both nights and food was lovely. Breakfast was plentiful and enough variety to cater for most tastes. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool was great size.
