Leonardo Hotel Lago di Garda – Wellness and Spa

We stayed for 10 nights at this hotel.
The staff are very good & helpful.
Our room was good with a view of the main swimming pool from the balcony.
The spa & pool are very nice with a warm swimming pool.
The restaurant for breakfast and dinner is very nice with a happy crew.
We had a free curtisy bus into Lazise which was nice.

Amazing stay. Room was very nice. Staff super friendly. Spa was top notch. Breakfast also with plenty of options. Close to many things to do around the area

Halbpension viel zu teuer. Einzelne Bestellungen aus der Karte wären viel günstiger gewesen. Servicequalität im Restaurant mangelhaft. Getränke und Dessert wurden erst auf Nachfrage gebracht.

Das Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen, modern und sauber. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, jedoch fanden wir den Preis für ein Spiegelei von 7 € und für ein Omelett von 8 € zu teuer.
Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und sympathisch, vor allem Giulia und Simone.
Erholung ist im Spa- und Poolbereich garantiert.
Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen

We are a family of six and stayed for nine nights, booking two rooms for the entire vacation. The hotel was absolutely wonderful — from the comfortable rooms to the outdoor facilities and the variety of pools.

The staff was outstanding (special thanks to Mikaela and Simone), always attentive and welcoming, which truly made our stay unforgettable.

Fantastic 7 day stay at Leonardo Lago Di Garda. The staff were all excellent and everyone had such great English language and understanding.
The outdoor pools were brilliant for pre breakfast colder dip and the indoor spa area and gym were superb too.
I’d really recommend this hotel as a base to explore the lake Garda area. It’s a couple of miles out of Lazise and although it seems quite isolated, the walks to Colà and around the vineyards, in addition to the quality of the facilities, make it an excellent base. If we return to the area, we’ll definitely rebook this hotel.

Deluso in sauna tutti nudi ,chiedo spiegazioni mi viene detto che era consentito ma dai cartelli non era cosi

Nice hotel with a resort like feel and friendly staff. Good location.
Our balcony however faced a dingy staircase and took away what would have been a beautiful view

Gutes hotel nur am wochende überfüllt. Dazu ist restaurant und spa zu klein. Schade wer hat lust auf massenabfertigung

The staff was rude, the rooms were damp and extremely humid, the hotel is far from Lake Garda.

The breakfast each day was interesting. I've never seen scrambled eggs which had the consistency of soft plastic. Very interesting indeed.

In the five days we had the misfortune of staying at this location on a tour from Trafalgar, my wife and I always encountered the horrible odor of an overflowing toilet as we walked from our room to the front desk or dining room.

Some unforgettable moments are perhaps out of control of the hotel, such as the nude man on the first floor who loved to strut about so that anyone on the second floor could observe him. Just like the pot smoking person did. Family friendly, I think not!

Room good. Bathroom good. Pool table, nice, soccer table, nice. Restaurant not so nice. Inedible desert, unless I had a chainsaw to eat the cake. Tried to speak to the host about it (I’m English) so perhaps lack of understanding but just brushed it aside like I said nothing.

Second night, obviously finished my complementary water when I arrived, only to come in tonight (and no shops nearby) with no water restocked. Called reception, and it’s only a welcome gift, no water provided. 🤔 I mean, no water provided for a guest staying more than one night. A bit cheap if you ask me.

Interesting thing is, first night the staff were great, second night, no so great.

Per essere un 4 stelle S la zona benessere troppo piccola per il numero dei clienti.. Impossibile aspettare per fare una sauna, doccia, bagno in piscina... Ho pagato per fare 2 giorni in relax e non ho potuto usufruire di un giorno al centro benessere,sono arrivato venerdì e non ho potuto fare ne un massaggio o trattamento perché tutto prenotato e pieno sia per venerdì che per sabato . Non mi sembra corretto, se si ospitano 500 persone devi avere un spazio benessere per 500 persone... Asciugamani in stanza non cambiati, stanze con moquette sporche e impolverate, struttura molto bella ma pecca in alcune cose fondamentali
