Amazing stay
Pros:

The hotel was amazing and the views incredible. The food through the day was tasty and the staff were all very friendly and happy to help. The people on reception went above and beyond to help us plan any trips out and gave advice on where to go.

Cons:

The doors slam in the corridors which are a bit noisy but that’s just to be picky.

Un piccolo paradiso con panorama impagabile ma non perfetto..
Pros:

Staff molto professionale e disponibile. Il panorama dall'albergo è impagabile !! Ci hanno dato un 'upgrade' di stanza quindi ringraziamo l'Eleonora. La stanza x se era carina e curata anche se il bagno era piccolo. Ci sono anche gli asciugamani extra per il wellness. Ed il wellness / Sauna in giardino è una favola anche se il tutto è piccolo. Colazione abbondante.

Cons:

la ns stanza (dopo l'upgrade) si trovava dietro una tenda in un corridoio aperto (..). Nonostante la ns porta chiusa sentivamo la reception e gli altri ospiti parlare, entrare ed uscire.. l'Acqua in camera è a pagamento (..)
Il parcheggio (poco curato) davanti l'albergo è pubblico (..) quindi c'è da mettere il disco orario per non prendere la multa.. Un po' strano per un albergo di questo livello (e con questi prezzi)..

un bon séjour avec vue superbe
Pros:

le personnel extrèmement gentil et serviable, la chambre mignonne et la vue sur le lac très belle, panoramique, Les repas nous ont convenus(menus raffinés)
la piscine bienvenue et bien agréable et l'environnement particulièrement soigné

A nice hotel but not 4 star. The picnics a great experience and a lovely place to relax

Lovely view of the lake, very friendly staff, excellent food.

Cons:

€10 parking a night seems unfair as the property is pretty unreachable without a car and the only thing up there is the hotel so to charge guests to park in the hotel car park is crazy. Pool was lovely but constantly had wasps and bugs floating in it which was a bit off putting. Needed netting more regularly . We had a booking for outdoor hot tub but it was so full of dirt and bugs we skipped it. Rooms dated and tired which need some maintenance

Top hotel met vriendelijk personeel met fenomenaal zicht
Pros:

Hoge ligging boven Malcasine met knap zicht op het meer en heel rustig met alle voorzieningen!

Cons:

Door de ligging zit je wel afgezonderd en heb je een auto nodig.

gute Lage, sehr guter Ausblick, sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal, Seher schönes Aussengelände

Cons:

Notwendigkeit der Buchung von Sauna, dadurch war man zu festgelegt, Shuttle nach oben musste abends extra angefordert werden (vereinbarte Zeit klappte nicht),
