Pros:

Уютный, красивый отель с очень отзывчивым персоналом! Очень вкусный ресторан - и на завтраки, и на ужины. Даже ланч меню из пиццы и хот-догов - очень вкусное. Очень красивый спа. Находится довольно высоко, до Гарды ходит трансфер, но мы специально стелились там, чтобы можно было без машины попасть на хайкинговые маршруты. Номер был небольшой, но с огромной террасой с видом на озеро. Потрясающий отель!!!

Overall a great experience.

Cons:

Internet is very poor. You have to sign in every 20min full information. Going offline regularly.
Unfortunately this was not a good experience.
I don't understand why they don't give guests permanent open internet.

Fint, variabelt bra service. Strålende og hyggelig renhold. Små rom.
Pros:

Fantastisk frokost, og helt utmerket mat, god kvalitet.

Cons:

Servicen var meget variabel. Enkelte resepsjonister var dårlig og lite immøtekommende, mens andre var helt nydelige, tilpasningsdyktige og serviceinnstilt. Spaet og massasjen opplevdes svært lite fleksible.

Die Lage und das Hotel an sich sind traumhaft.
Der Garten, Pool und die Liegeplätze sehr gepflegt. Viel Platz zum Entspannen und der Kellner der die Poolbar betreibt war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch das gesamte restliche Personal.
Das Hotel ist sehr bemüht dem Gast einen schönen und unvergesslichen Urlaub zu bieten. Besonders sind die Angeboten mit Picknick im Park, White Dinner oder feines Abend Dinner. Absolut empfehlenswert und ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Cons:

Der einzige Wermutstropfen war unser Besuch im Hoteleigenen Restaurant. Wir haben und für einen vegetarischen Hauptgang entschieden. Einmal Gnocchi und einmal Canelloni von der Zucchini. Wir haben noch einen weiteren Hauptgang bestellt zum Teilen, einen griechischen Salat da es keinen Beilagensalat zum Bestellen gab. Somit war unsere Bestellung 3 Hauptgänge für 2 Personen. Als di Hauptgänge kamen hat uns die Portionsgröße die Sprache verschlagen. Es war wirklich eine sehr kleine Portion, bei den Canelloni war gar nur eine Rolle auf dem Teller. Also wie da ein erwachsener Mensch satt werden kann entfällt meiner Vorstellungskraft. Geschmacklich war es grandios, aber die Größe der Portion wäre die einer kleinen Vorspeise. Und bei einem Preis von 21€ ist eine Canelloni aus Zucchini mit einer Käse Creme gefüllt schon ein bisschen übertrieben.
Also wir wurden leider nicht satt.

A gorgeous stay!
Pros:

Honestly had one of the best holidays here! Me and my husband had such a relaxing stay- the hotel is stunning with lots of different areas to relax. The food is amazing - we were excited every morning for breakfast. The staff all say hello and very friendly. We finished our stay here to move onto another area, and ended up returning because we loved it that much and will be back next year! Also a short walk to the harbour with lots of restaurants and shops. Parking also available.
