Personnel à l’écoute pour cet hôtel surévalué
Pros:

Un excellent accueil du personnel, en particulier Feran qui a cherché et réussi à résoudre notre problème de chambre. La localisation en centre ville est un atout, ainsi que le restaurant dans l’hôtel .

Cons:

Un environnement plutôt bruyant ( rue , ascenseur). La chambre attribuée ne correspondait pas à notre demande ( localisation sur rue alors que cour demandée et baignoire au lieu de douche). L’impossibilité d’avoir une couverture supplémentaire nous a beaucoup surpris et déçu; apparemment il n’y en n’avait plus !

Cons:

Booking comの想定価格をはるかに超えているのは事前の値段(booking comの概算金)をチェックイン後に変えたのでは…？超過料金の払い戻し請求をbooking comに施設に掛け合い、1泊分(二重請求)を返してもらいたいと強く希望してます。ツインの部屋をリクエストしてたが、最初の部屋はキングベッド1つ、夜中にたどり着いた為、フロントはそれしかない…と。次の日ツ　ツインの部屋に移れたのは午後15:00過ぎてた。

Lovely staff and location
Pros:

Location brilliant. Super attentive and accommodating staff - good rooms. Free refreshments in the lobby a nice touch.

Cons:

Chose it for the pool but its very small. Great for kids though.

Perfect location but hotel decor is dated and lifts problematic.
Pros:

Great location. Very friendly helpful staff

Cons:

I stayed at the property nine years ago and it was 10/10. When I arrived the one lift was broken and the other one was problematic. They were not fixed during my stay. The towels were “well worn” and the “faux leather” pillows were awful. The property needs a good decor and lift renovation.

A very enjoyable and relaxing hotel stay in a great city.
Pros:

The location was excellent for what we wanted to see and do in Barcelona (e.g., the Sagrada). The hotel was charming and the room very clean & quiet. The breakfast was excellent, with made to order Omelettes and a wide variety of cold cuts, fruit and pastries (the best chocolate donuts that I've ever had). The staff spoke fluent English and were very friendly. The best thing was we had checked in on-line and after getting zero hours sleep during our 14 hours of travel (arriving to the hotel at 11:30 a.m.) our room was ready for us (no extra fee)!!! We'd definitely stay here again!

Cons:

La chambre était mal insonorisée. On entendait fortement le bruit de la rue.
Le prix de la chambre est trop élevé par rapport aux prestations.
