Que du bonheur !
Pros:

De l’accueil au départ notre séjour a été merveilleux. Le personnel est à l’écoute de ses clients ce qui devient rare. Nous sommes reçus avec amabilité et courtoisie par Davide et Marc. Nous sommes accompagnés jusqu’à notre chambre où Davide prend le temps de nous donner toutes les informations nécessaires à notre séjour. La chambre et la salle de bains sont spacieuses et propres. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Nous avions pris la demi pension, plats excellents et José nous a accompagné tous les soirs avec gentillesse et professionnalisme. Ambiance cosy . L’hôtel est très calme.

Cons:

Il manque un chauffage dans la salle de bain qui était un peu fraîche le matin.

Poderiam ter nos deixado fazer o checkin antes das 15 h , pois estavamos com crianças pequenas incluindo uma bebê e era um dia que chovia muito.

Magnifique moment de détente dans les ruelles de Barcelone

Cons:

L’accueil du responsable, heureusement que nous avons été accompagné par un jeune homme pour notre enregistrement et la découverte de notre chambre. Il était juste parfait. Notre départ a été pareil qu’à notre arrivée, le responsable était juste désagréable.

Tesisin konumu harika. Barcelona’da heryere yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz. Lobiden içeri girdiğinizde çok güzel bi koku ile karşılaşıyorsunuz. Çalışanlar yardımcı oluyor ve güler yüzlüler. Odalar çok güzel.

Cons:

Katedrale çok yakın olduğu için gürültü biraz fazla oluyor. Gece 1’de dahil bağırışmalar duyduk.
