Café da manha muito bom, estacionamento coberto, atendimento da equipe, muito prestativos, solicitei a troca do colchao de solteiro, foi prontamente atendido

Cons:

O corredor que dá acesso do estacionamento aos elevadores passa pela cozinha do restaurante e passa um cheiro forte de churrasco e gordura que fica nas roupas, um elevador é bem pequeno.

“Estuve alojado en este hotel San Rafael de Foz de Iguaçu y tengo una muy buena impresión general. La ubicación es práctica, con fácil acceso al transporte al aeropuerto y cataratas. La habitación era amplia, limpia y confortable, con una cama cómoda y todo lo necesario para una estancia relajada. El personal fue amable y atento en todo momento, respondiendo a nuestras preguntas y ayudándonos con recomendaciones locales. El desayuno estuvo bien y variado.
No es un hotel lujoso, pero sí uno donde todo funciona correctamente, sin sorpresas ni problemas, ideal si buscas comodidad, buen servicio y una relación calidad-precio equilibrada.”

Pros:

Great location if you don't care about the bus terminal which is not nearby. It has a large pool and game facility opening until 10pm. The tea in the lobby is great. Room is comfy. Breakfast is good.
