Problema com telefone e hóspede do andar de cima. Falta de mediação do hotel.
Pros:

O cafe da manha foi muito bom e a limpeza do hotel também é boa!

Cons:

Tive problemas de barulho depois das 23h com o hóspede no quarto acima do meu, comuniquei a equipe, mas não me ajudaram muito. Além disso, fui acordada na primeira noite ás 4h da manha e disseram que o telefone estava com problema. Ainda que seja problema do aparelho, ele precisa ser trocado.
