Marvelous view and location!
Pros:

Great atmosphere, marvelous view, attentive service and lovely breakfast served at the terrace. The hotel has a really ideal location for experiencing Valparaiso. Recommended!

Cons:

No elevator, so be prepared for stairs.
We loved the overall atmosphere.

On a adoré cet hôtel charmante! C’est vraiment le meilleur endroit où coucher à Valparaiso! La vue sur la ville est incroyable et on est dans le quartier le plus beau et le plus sécuritaire de la ville! Le petit déjeuner et le café est exceptionnel! Je le recommande très fortement

El personal fue de mucha ayuda y muy amable, el hotel es comodo con lindas vistas del puerto. El poder tomar cafe o te a cualquier hora esta muy bueno. El desayuno que sirven es nutritivo y rico. La habitacion tenia balcon con vista hacia el cerro. La habitacion no tenia TV por lo que hace la casona antigua mas original. Servicio de habitacion a diario

El suelo de la habitacion era bastante ruidoso. En las fotos se ve una parte de verde a la que no se puede acceder, deberian sacar las imagenes de la pagina si no se puede acceder a algo que publicitan y el bar no esta en funcionamiento, para mi no es un problema pero deberian sacar las imagenes hasta que funcione

Beautiful historical boutique hotel with wonderful staff!
Pros:

The staff was wonderful especially Karine and breakfast was great and you could look at the beauty of the sea and city as you ate. The outdoor spaces were great and I loved the skylights everywhere.

Cons:

The location was perfect but it is up a steep hill from the downtown area so be prepared for that. Also no elevator available so you need to be able to climb steps. No A/C could possibly pose a problem. It did not for me.

Gusto, comodidad y una experiencia maravillosa
Pros:

Nos encantó todo! Super recomendado, tiene una vista espectacular, el hotel es muy cómodo, limpio, la cama súper suave, el desayuno es lo mejor, Karen nos dio gusto en todo, es una muy bella persona, súper formal, muy atenta, todo el tiempo ha café y hay té. Sin duda para estar en Valparaíso es la mejor opción.

L’emplacement au cœur de la vielle ville de Valparaiso. La vue sur la baie est exceptionnelle. Si possible demandez une chambre vue mer, cela vaut vraiment le coup.

Beautiful stay with lots of extras I did not expect
Pros:

Tons or character with lovely lounging spaces, and lots of light. Wonderful terrace for taking in the magnificent view of the port. Room was comfortable, shower was hot, tea available all day long. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. Coffee was strong and unlimited. Best of all - staff was warm and helpful, very friendly. Great location with easy access to all the activities and colorful street art.

Großartig und absolut empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Wir haben uns in dem gemütlichen Hotel sofort willkommen gefühlt. Eine lichtdurchflutete, großräumige Treppe, zahlreiche einladende Sitzecken im Haus oder auf den verschiedenen Terrassen, machen das Hotel einzigartig.
Das Zimmer hatte ein bequemes Doppelbett. Die private Terrasse hatte einen charmanten Blick über Dächer zum Hügel. Das Bad war sehr sauber und es gibt eine sehr gute Versorgung mit Handtüchern. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem in unmittelbarer Nähe der zahlreichen Hotspots von Cerro Alegre.
Der Tag begann stets mit einem liebevoll angerichteten Frühstück auf der Terrasse, wo man einen weiten Blick auf die Bucht des Pazifik hat.
Das Team war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen.
