Cons:

Fiz uma reserva para 03 adultos e 02 crianças sendo uma de 17 anos e outra de 09 anos, quando chego no quarto só havia cama para 04 pessoas, reclamei na recepção, colocaram um colchão no chão do quarto, acho um absurdo eu pagar para dormir no chão.
