O hotel tem uma excelente área,porém precisa de mais profissionais nas áreas das piscinas e áreas comuns para manter tudo limpo.

As piscinas estavam sempre com folhas,só limpavam uma vez no dia,a comida deixou a desejar, chegamos a pegar uma mosca na comida, o que tira sua vontade de comer lá nos próximos dias
Nosso ar condicionado pingou uma noite inteira, mas no outro dia já resolveram.

Sería bueno aprovechar la piscina cubierta y tener una " caldera" para tener agua a buena temperatura y aprovechar esa infraestructura

Excelente custo beneficio para a familia.
Pros:

Atendimento muito cordial e solícito, o hotel é mais antigo mas tudo muito bem cuidado, limpo e organizado!
Quartos tem um tamanho bom e as camas são muito confortáveis. Excelente custo x benefício para a família.

Cons:

A piscina aquecida achei um tanto "suja" , e além da limpeza, acho que merece uma revitalização (muitos vidros quebrados).
A area de parque da piscina infantil também estava em manutenção e não sabiamos.
