Péssima experiência
Pros:

Da localização.

Cons:

- Apartamento velho, utensílios velhos, toalhas velhas e desgastadas, frigobar com puxador quebrado, banheiro com mofo no box, e azulejos.
- cama de solteiro de ferro antigo e com colchão velho, que não suporta peso e de péssima qualidade.
- roupa de cama velha, cobertor velho, pequeno e desgastado.
- piso de madeira laminada soltando pedaços.
- cortina velha, fina e não bloqueia a claridade.
- Quando fiz a reserva, a foto do apartamento era diferente do que ficamos hospedados, inclusive teria que ter um sofá cama.
- Manobrista do estacionamento na entrega do veículo, extremamente irritado com alguma situação e trabalhando de mau humor.
- Foi uma péssima experiência.

Pros:

Localização boa, café da manhã variado. Bem próximo da paulista. Alguns atrativos pra criança: parquinho e piscina.

Cons:

A cozinha poderia ser mais equipada, só tem quatro pratos e talheres. Precisa de ao menos uma panela e frigideira.

Pessimo! Ficava muitas vezes aí com a minha família, não fico mais!

Televisores não funcionavam
Duas tentativas de abrir a minha mala que tinham senha- sempre deixo uma sequência pós fechá-la e as duas vezes haviam tentado abrir.
A recepcionista grossa, mal educada na noite que cheguei super cansada de uma longa viagem e teria congresso já na manhã seguinte, mastigando chicle, falei que ia reclamar pela má educação dela e ela se adiantou falando com o “gerente” querendo me manipular …

Cons:

Fizeram coco no vaso quando entraram no quarto pra limpar,( penso eu que seria pra limpar) e cheguei do meu congresso e tinha coco no vaso. Fiquei anojada.
