Stay here if you want full facilities in your room
Pros:

This hotel is some way from the city, high above the port. But with excellent bus services and a wide view, it's well worth the extra few $$ .. Didn't use the breakfast service ( as I made my own meals, the kitchenette in the room is basic but just right for saving money) but if it matches the cool vibe of the staff ladies it must be pretty good 🙂 Also the T V was most welcome, many Eng Lang films on the satellite deals in Romania.

Für Familien eher ungeeignet
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels befindet sich in "urbaner" Mitte. Die Rückseite ist in zwei größere
Sportplätze aufgeteilt und dementsprechend auch der Geräuschpegel.
Zudem befinden sich zahlreiche, freilaufende Hunde rund um's Hotel die Nachts rudelmäßig
umherziehen und bis in die frühen Morgen lautstark bellen.
Die Zimmerhygiene ist mehr "halbherzig" als sauber.
Die Dusch/Toilettenräume erinnern vom Geruch her an Aquarien.
Das inkl. Wlan ist sehr schwach in der 4. Etage, teilweise nicht-existent.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind selbstverständlich rumänischer Kultur, sollte jedoch
keinen überraschen.
Die Freundlichkeit der Menschen ist allerdings sehr angenehm.
Für einen geschäftlichen Aufenthalt kann man es gerade noch gelten lassen, für Familien,
Paare etc. die die nähe des Strandes suchen - Fehlanzeige.

Very good relationship between quality and price
Pros:

The hotel is located a little bit far from the city center and the surrounding neighborhood is bad.
But the price is really ok, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is good.
