Kurzer, interessanter Urlaub.

I really appreciate the staff honesty and professionalism.
Pros:

I really appreciate the staff because I had forgotten my passport and rings in the safe when i checked out and it was found and they promptly communicated with me to notify me and kept it safe until i returned to pick it up. It was really greatly appreciated.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen rundum sehr gelungenen Aufenthalt im Hotel Unirea in Iași. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt und ist komplett neu renoviert, was man sofort merkt. Die Zimmer sind groß, hell und sehr angenehm eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der neunten Etage mit einem schönen Blick über die Stadt.

Auch den Spa-Bereich haben wir genutzt. Dieser ist zwar eher klein, aber sehr gepflegt und schön gestaltet, mit einem kleinen Pool und Jacuzzi. Alles war sehr sauber und das Personal dort besonders freundlich.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ein echtes Highlight ist das Restaurant in der 13. Etage mit einem fantastischen Blick über die Stadt – das hat fast schon Fünf-Sterne-Niveau.

Das gesamte Personal im Hotel war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die Doppelmassage, die wir gebucht haben – sehr angenehm und zudem preislich absolut fair.

Insgesamt hat uns wirklich alles an diesem Hotel gefallen. Für ein Vier-Sterne-Hotel ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hervorragend. Wir würden das Hotel mit 10 von 10 Punkten bewerten und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

The spa and the location. Staff and housekeeping were good.

The rooms were outdated. And taking a shower in a bath is not of this time anymore.
