Combinație perfectă între pret-calitate servicii, profesionalism, atitudine respectuoasa
Pros:

Mic dejun variat (inclusiv pentru vegani), gustos, sănătos. Mierea de tei (la pachet cu mireasma îmbătătoare de flori de tei), fagurele cu miere au fost "cireașa de pe torta".
Personal amabil, receptiv la solicitări.
Trandafirii din lobby erau excepțional de frumoși!

Cons:

Aceasta casetă e despre mine, nu despre hotel. Trebuia să mă documentez mai bine referitor la SPA.

Totul la superlativ!
Pros:

Totul a fost excelent. Curățenia, micul dejun, personalul și poziția hotelului fac din acesta un element foarte important în planul dumneavoastră, atunci când ați decis să vizitați Iașul.
În mod special trebuie să serviți o cină la restaurantul de la etajul 13 pentru că priveliștea este minunată, iar atmosfera, mâncarea și servirea sunt ireproșabile.

Accesul, la duş picura apa rece de la para de sus, usa la camera nu se inchidea, trebuia tras de ea puternic sa se inchida (un copil nu o poate inchide), accesul catre hotel
