Caro y malo. Decepcionante
Cons:

El hotel no se encuentra en una zona turística por lo que es necesario tener coche y está ubicado en una zona de calles, o mejor dicho caminos, de tierra con baches y poco iluminados.

Respecto a los servicios, solo tenía parking y la piscina estaba sucia y vacía. El resto de lo anunciado, como piscina interna, directamente, no existe.

Habitaciones: es un hotel 3 estrellas pero la ropa de cama, así como las toallas son viejas. Además es un hotel, con lo que se le presuponen ciertos servicios como hacer la cama, pero tampoco. El mobiliario es viejo (no antiguo, viejo) e incómodo.
Hay pantuflas descartables en el armario pero ya utilizadas. El colchón de la cama no desentona con lo mencionado: se sienten los muelles y los resortes.
La habitación tiene cortinas pero apenas amanece, entra la luz y por la noche, tampoco hay oscuridad porque la luz de la farola de la calle da directo, con lo cual es complicado dormir.
Por otro lado hay un interruptor de la luz al lado de la puerta y dos lamparitas, una sobre cada cama, que no enchufamos porque en una estaba enchufado el aire acondicionado y en la otra para cargar un teléfono.
Calefacción: hay un aire acondicionado frio/calor pero los radiadores directamente no funcionan. Y para bañarse, hay que prender la ducha un largo rato antes para que caliente. Sin mencionar que la alfombra de baño es una toalla y el jabón y shampoo son detergentes.
La encargada es muy simpática pero hay que comunicarse con traductor porque habla ruso .

Pros:

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff was so kind and attentive to us. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Cons:

I think the pillows on the bed were a little too flat for me, but this is minor fix.

Очень удобное расположения )
Мы приехали на жд, и буквально в 5 минутах находится отель )
У нас был большой запас до самолета, и мы остановились с дочкой в Эдеме , по просьбе заселили даже раньше чем по правилам , за что отдельная благодарность хозяйке Анне ))🙏🏼
Хозяева встретили нас безумно тепло и приветливо , помогли с вещами )
Если нужно такси или еда , все подскажут , все закажут, с ориентируют во сколько нужно выезжать в аэропорт )
От души рекомендую Эдем, там вы будете как дома )❤️

Pros:

Очень позитивная хозяйка, общительная, идёт навстречу 👍помогает в любых вопросах😄. Во время нашего визита был сумасшедший гололед в Кишиневе! В отеле молодцы постоянно боролись с ним! Очень удобное расположение по отношению к жд вокзалу. На обратном пути тоже выбрали этот отель👍
