Pros:

Отдыхали в отеле «Эдем» и в целом остались довольны.Анна и Игорь -гостеприимные и доброжелательные хозяева, которые стараются создать для гостей комфортную и приятную атмосферу. В отеле чисто, уютно и есть все необходимое для отдыха. Отдых прошел хорошо и оставил приятные впечатления . Конечно, как и в любом месте, есть небольшие нюансы, но они не испортили общего впечатления от пребывания.Спасибо Анне и Игорю за теплый прием и заботу о гостях. Желаем отелю «Эдем» процветания и много благодарных посетителей!

Pros:

Во второй комнате было холодно, несмотря на то, что кондиционер работал ( видимо, не хватает времени, чтобы хорошо прогреть), нет чайника в номере. Хотелось бы, чтобы менеджеры отеля доработали недостатки, может стоит поселиться пару раз в разных отелях вашего города, чтобы понять разницу. Или хотя бы посмотрите номера, жаль, у отеля хороший потенциал, немного доработать, и будет достойный вариант. Спасибо!

Місце розташування зручне, біля транспортних розв'язок. Персонал доброзичливий, послужливий. Одночасно ненавязчивий. Номер чистий. Є басейн, але не скористувалася під час проживання.

Cons:

Шумоізоляція номеру погана. Все що відбувалося в коридорі було чутно. Білизна чиста, але вже бувала. Шторка в душі кумедна. Я думала такі вже не чіпляють. Але, ці моменти не істотні. В цілому враження чудові.

Abbiamo scelto questo albergo principalmente perchè ci permetteva di fare il check in a notte tarda (siamo arrivati alle 2 passate) e di lasciare poi i bagagli una volta fatto il check out: da questo punto di vista è stato tutto perfetto.
La struttura è basica, a conduzione familiare, però è andato tutto bene: la camera era spaziosa, pulita, cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni, asciugacapelli presente e saponi. I proprietari sono gentili, la signora molto disponibile ha un inglese basico ma ci si capisce lo stesso.
La posizione non è in centro ed è in una via secondaria. In scarsi dieci minuti a piedi si arriva però alla strada principale con negozi e fermate dei bus e con una passeggiata di una ventina di minuti si è in centro.
Non abbiamo usufruito di altri servizi, ma per quello che ci serviva è stato l'ideale.

Cons:

Il letto non era comodissimo, le tende non sono oscuranti - alle 6 del mattino era pieno giorno in camera. Non danno la chiave del cancello esterno, ti aprono a qualsiasi ora senza problemi, però avrei preferito averle.
